Nice on hot days | |
| Rating: | ![]() |
| These are excellent here at work where I'm not allowed to wear open toes or shorts due to safety considerations. In lightweight socks, they're as cool as a sandal but look far more professional. I often wear them with cycling socks and go out for a ride over my lunch hour. They make changing that much easier. On the minus side, there isn't much arch support or cushioning for anybody who spends all day on their feet or wants something that packs well for long walks or short hikes while traveling. There isn't much room for an insole for people with typically proportioned feet either. That's why I consider them a half size too small. This, fortunately, is actually something I look for because my feet aren't necessarily short/long or narrow/wide but they are low volume. Wish I could put "Function Driven" but that's not an option. | |

Very comfortable--second pair
| Rating: | ![]() |
| This is the second pair of PacMocs I have bought. I bought the first pair at a discount outlet at Orvis in VT, just out of curiosity and because they were my size. I ended up living in them until I shredded them (that took quite a while, they are well made) and had to throw them out. No casual shoe has captured my favor as much as these. My other shoes are primarily New Balance as I am a 4EE quite wide. The PacMocs were a little tight, but stretched and became comfortable. And I got comments from others about how good they looked. Highly recommended. | |

Nice travel shoe | |
| Rating: | ![]() |
| I have big feet for a girl so I purchased a pair of men's shoes for myself. My husband liked them so much I had to order him a pair. Great for travel-they slip on and off easily but seem pretty sturdy. I like them for plane travel because they are easy to get off but I can run in them better than clogs. I found this quite helpful last time I had a tight connection. | |

Awesome | |
| Rating: | ![]() |
| I love these kicks. They are so comfortable. I have only had them a week but have worn them all day every day . They show no signs of breaking down any time soon. On really rocky trails or lots of walking on gravel you'd probably begin to feel it through the soles, but they are not meant to be cross trainers. They are currently my favorite shoes. | |

So far so good | |
| Rating: | ![]() |
| Just started wearing them. Very good ventilation. Good for summer and in home kick around time. Also good for a contractor who is in and out of customers houses. I use these to slip on before I go in so I don't tread mud into my clients homes | |

A LITTLE NARROW (SNUG ALL ROUND)

| THESE ARE VERY SNUG AND SOMEWHAT DIFFICULT GETTING INTO AT FIRST. i'M HOPING FOR SOME STRETCHING WITH BREAK-IN. HAVE NOT WORN OVER THREE HOURS SO FAR.i BELEIVE THAT i WOULD PREFER 1/2 SIZE LARGER. BUT WE'LL SEE. | |

Durable yet comfortable

| I now own two pairs. The first pair was to be used for packing on bicycle tours. However, they were so comfortable that I purchased a second pair to be used as house slippers. | |

Excellent casual shoe | |

| I use Technica ski boots, so I made the assumption, correctly, that these were the quality shoe I was looking for. Light weight, good fit, well made are what I can say about them | |

| I have another similiar shoe, this new shoe is kind of too narrow in width. and I think dark color should be better to me. Anyway, the shoe in general is pretty good | |

favorite shoe | |

| My husband LOVES these shoes. He wears them almost every day. He has two different colors of the same shoe. He wears them to work, to play, to walk. They are a favorite. | |

look like clown shoes | |
| Rating: | ![]() |
| My husband wanted these for travel, I thought they looked weird but he insisted they would be lightweight, great for an upcoming vacation. So I ordered them and when he put them on even he agreed they looked kind of weird and would not be versatile enough to wear during day and evening during our trip. So back they went. They are very light, so if you dig the style and want something for very casual wear these may work for you, Tecnica is a great brand. | |

I don't get this product
| Rating: | ![]() |
| I thought these shoes would be the perfect travel shoes, lightweight and packable, easy on-off, etc, but alas, they are neither. They have excessively thick soles and don't fold as I thought they did, so they really don't pack any smaller than other shoes. They're also incredibly uncomfortable and almost gave me a blister. I'm sending them back! | |

Too stiff, too little padding or stretch
| Rating: | ![]() |
| These are a great idea, but without enough padding or stretchiness in the upper half of the shoe, they are not comfy -- maybe if I had ordered a bit too large on purpose and wore thick socks?? But I wanted to sometimes wear these barefoot and that is not comfy. | |

Returned for tight fit | |
| Rating: | ![]() |
| Ordered my normal size plus a half size larger. Neither fit well. Cut tight across bridge (top) of foot. The heel top was also cut high and so it rubbed into the tendon. Overall uncomfortable so I had to return them. Luckily, STP has great customer service. | |

Like walking on a cardboard box
| Rating: | ![]() |
| I thought this would be an extra comfy shoe, but it slipped off the heel, and had no padding or cushion. It also doesn't pack down as well or easy as advertised. Not so good. | |

| I wear 9-1/2 shoes. These are size 10 and they are far too small to get on. | |

Not true to size! | |

| Way too small! Gave them to a friend with smaller feet. | |

Why? | |
| Rating: | ![]() |
| My pair had an extremely low-volume forefoot and I had difficulty putting them on. Probably they'd stretch out eventually. The sole is a flat cushioned wedge without a lot of arch support. They sort of look like a pair of Hush Puppies mated with some water shoes and had kids. Not bad really, but- interesting. You'd get odd looks in Europe. I returned them because of the fit, and because they don't pack any smaller than my nicer black leather loafers. Maybe the nylon version would be better? | |

Great idea | |
| Rating: | ![]() |
| Bought these as a Christmas gift for my brother - he has easy to fit feet. Intriguing idea that falls short if you want to slip into these with socks. They are stylish but somewhat less compact than a travel slipper could be. The advantage is the sole is sturdy and they hold their shape between wearings. They are lightweight and the materials appear to be sturdy. Has I ordered a 1/2 size larger than his shoe size, they might have been perfect. | |

not too shabby | |

| looks like Mr. Rogers slipper, only more techno. I wish they were a little more comfortable without socks (hey it's summer and I can't keep track of socks all the time). But they are pretty well ventilated and definitely light/packable. I will take these on my next trip. | |

Just OK. | |

| I like these OK but not terribly impress. They have no insert or foot form for arch support, etc, The inside feels like a flat slab. I sized up a half size and that seemed to be about right. Paid about $20 [...] | |

Interesting, but not perfect

| I bought these so I would have an easy airport shoe and a nice shoe for a 14 hour flight to Argentina. The shoes were comfortable, but being slip-ons, they rubbed on the heel when I walked. | |

Light & comfy but not a great bargain

| Good knock around footwear but I cannot recommend the shoes since they are a bit overpriced and because satisfaction with shoes is very much based on the persons own personal idea of comfort and style. | |
