| I've worn Tevas for 14 years and am a big fan. My last pair was the Hurricane in size 9 and I hated to see them finally wear out. I did try a pair of the Hurricane 3 in size 9. They fit, but I found the footbed to be incredibly uncomfortable due to the design of it (all of the water drainage holes). They pinched the bottom of my feet as I walked. I was a little surprised to find the Pretty Rugged Nylon 2 in size 9.5 was a bit snug widthwise and though they looked the right size lengthwise, my toes slid forward to the edge of the sandal when I walked. I exchanged them for a 10. Much better fit. Very comfortable - especially the smooth, cushioned footbed. While they are a bit longer and narrower in style than my old Tevas, when I am walking, they are just right. The sole of the Pretty Rugged has more to it than the Hurricane - less flexible, more rugged (hence, the name, I suppose). I was pleased with the excellent customer service at Zappos and was very happy when they upgraded my shipping to overnight on the second pair I ordered. I've found my new sandals to accompany me on many more years of adventures! | |

| My new favorite shoe - Life in Florida means lots of water and I needed a shoe that was comfortable, but didn't mind getting wet. Since I do a lot of endurance events (marathons, triathlons), I also wanted something to slip on after training. A friend told me about Teva shoes years ago, but I was hesitant to spend a lot on a pair of sandals. I'm sorry I waited so long to get these because they are awesome! The first day I had them I put them on at about 6 in the morning and didn't take them off for 15 hours! My feet felt great and looked great all day. The straps let me adjust them to fit my foot and the sole was wonderfully supportive and yet rugged. I like that they look nice enough to wear with casual shorts and skirts, not just my workout gear. | |

| This is a nice sandal (got blue flower). At first I was thinking it didn't look like there was any arch support but I've got to admit that they've been incredibly comfortable. Obviously there is some sort of support, whether it looks like it or not, as my feet are not "complaining" at all. The footbed is quite cushy (I like that). I've had no problems with strap adjustment and they've definitely fit my feet though I will say these are a bit shorter in length than my old Tevas; not enough for me to go up a size though, but my toes are close to the edge. I prefer a thicker sole, but I would buy these again. I think they look quite attractive on as they aren't as bulky as other Teva styles. Love this company! Zappos rocks! | |

| Perfect shoes for Walt Disney World! I purchased these shoes in black to wear in Disney World. I am so glad I did! In past trips I wore sneakers, but my feet eventually got sore - even with a pair of Nike Air shoes specifically for walking. I did get a blister on my toe before I finally adjusted the straps correctly, but my feet were always comfortable - even after a week of park hopping. These were the best investment I could've made! The only problem I had was that they started to smell after the first few days (like old cheese). However, I ran them through the dishwasher and it got the stink right out. | |

| Awesome sandal! I bought these when I found out at my new job at a child care center that flip flops are not allowed, but a good sturdy sandal is allowed. Since I work through the summer, it is essential to have a good work sandal! These sandals are awesome for being on my feet 8 hrs a day with a room full of toddlers! I get bummed out when its a chilly day and I have to wear my sneakers. I just wish I could wear these sandals all the time!!! They are very comfortable and as soon as I can scrounge up some more money, I will be buying another pair! | |

| Not as comfy as the leather ones - Last year I purchased a pair of the leather version of this shoe to take to Kaua'i. I thought it would be strong enough for running around, hiking, etc., but still nice looking enough to wear out for casual evenings. My old hiking Teva's bit the dust and I thought these would take their place. But they are not comfortable, especially the strap around the front of the leg. Too much exposed scratchy velcro. They look good and work fine, but I wouldn't say they were comfortable. | |

| I had a pair of the first Pretty Ruggeds and I loved them so much that when those wore out I bought these. As much as I loved my first pair, the second model is even better! Insanely comfortable and I get compliments on the style. Teva also fixed the problem that the first model had with smelling funky because they used microbe-resistent material in these. Please note that the brown plaid is not an orange-ish brown, like it looks in the picture - more a truffle brown. Perfect shoes. I'm getting another pair! | |

| These are the cutest TEVA's yet and comfortable enough to wear all day so I do. The arch support is minimal but I love the stability and the custom fit that the adjustable straps provide. I have a knee problem and and tile floors. The TEVA soles provide great traction so no stress on the joint no matter where my day takes me. I couldn't decide between the blue check and the brown check so I bought both! | |

| This is the third pair of Teva sandals that I've owned in the past 10 years and it might be the most comfortable, so far. As usual, the adjustable straps make it easy to fit to your individual needs. I have a short, wide foot and usually need a half size larger just to accommodate the width. But I was able to get my exact size in the wide width, and it fits nicely. | |

| Finally! Women's sandals that fit my size 12! I can't tell you how happy these sandals make me. I have big size 12 feet, and due to ankle surgery, can't wear heels or any kind of uneven shoe. But I wanted to find a WOMAN'S shoe. No luck. Until now!! These are light-weight, adjustable, comfy, and cute! I can show off my new pedi! And now it feels like summer. | |

| I bought my first pair of Pretty Ruggeds 10 years ago and was thrilled by every aspect - fit, comfort, support, traction, durability, and looks, especially how they looked, almost dainty on my long, narrow, size 11 feet. They finally wore out and I bought a new pair, finding that the design has changed in many ways, none of them better. The strapping system is different, the insole is different, the outsole is different, the heel height is different, the last is different. These are cut wider and shorter, so a size 11 is now too short and too wide. They added a size 12 which is as long as the old size size 11, but about an inch wider! Even with the straps cinched so tight that they dig into my flesh, my feet still slip side to side. Painful! Especially since the padding was taken off the bottoms of the straps as part of the redesign. And there is no arch support. The new outsole, what were they thinking? I can't imagine any activity for which this is suitable, certain nothing around water. I'd give the old Pretty Rugged 5 plus stars, but this new one gets just 2. | |

| This sandal is downright dangerous on wet surfaces! I received a very serious injury in these when my foot slid out from under me on a wet pier. The bubble bottom provides no traction. Do not wear these on rainy days or near lakes and rivers! I am frankly surprised that they are still being marketed after many people have made the same complaint. BTW I am otherwise a die-hard Teva fan. | |

| I have an older pair of the Pretty Ruggeds. These new ones have thinner straps that are less comfortable and more scratchy. I will use these for around the house but they are definitely not my favorite pair of Tevas! | |

I found these to be a bit narrow so they didn't seem to support lateral foot movement very well. The fabric under the Velcro was also thin, so for my sensitive feet, it took longer to break in. | |

| I am a 47 year old woman who is a full time RVer. We travel to many climates and terrains. I have not had a chance to wear them on long hikes but the short walks I have taken have proven these sandals to be very comfortable. I have an average width but tend to fall to the narrow side of average. I am a true size 9 1/2 but since they don't run in half sizes up that high I definitely made the right choice in going with a size 9 rather than a ten. I am used to being in flip flops all the time but decided it was time to have something a little more supportive. I hope these do the trick. | |

| Nice sandal with one problem - These sandals are very comfortable, but after only about a week, the strap started coming apart at the place where you pull it off - in other words, splitting. Now I try to be really careful when pulling not to split it more, but this seems to be a defect in the design, which is too bad because it is a nice sport sandal otherwise. | |

| Lightweight - My old pair was wider on toe part of sandal. This one is kind of positioned towards the big toe like I'm supposed to be pigeon toed to wear them and I'm not! They are lightweight and sharp looking, just have to get used to them. The material is rough at first. | |
