This is a great vibrant red color. I would say it is more a size 4T in the body/shoulder except the sleeve seems more like a 5. My three year old is not overweight but tall for age and wears this great with a little room to use for a while. It might be tight on a child slightly heavy in the chest/abdomen area or actually on a five year old unless they are on the small side. If so, I would size up one size.
Great mid-weight jacket. Wore it as a mid layer skiing, but will be great when big jacket is not needed but still need some warmth. Very soft and comfortable. The only thing negative is that the sleeves seem to be a bit long for the size, had to roll them up. Would definitely recommend.
Love this and got it for my nephew for Christmas and it's the same quality as the adult North Face fleeces I have. It runs a size small. He's a skinny kid but on the tall side and it was too short in the torso and arms.
I bought this pullover as a gift for my nephew. He absolutely loved it. It fit him perfectly. It is warm, but not so warm that he could not wear it around the house in the winter. Thanks, Zappos!
