I had been looking for a lightweight glove that I could use while walking, hiking, driving, geocaching etc. because my ski gloves were just too bulky and not necessary. These gloves allow me to keep my hands warm doing all those things. I also have a Garmin Oregon I use to geocache and I am able to use the touchscreen with no problem. The snow storm today in Utah gave me a chance to test them and sure enough, they performed well with the wet heavy snow. I don't think I would use them skiing in cold temps or even out in the snow for hours but that's no biggie.

Great for mild to mildly cold weather protection with tactile functionality

Got these gloves a week ago and have worn them every day to walk my dog. I needed a pair that could give me waterproof protection and some insulation but were thin enough and grippy enough to allow me to operate a flexi leash, flashlight, or cell phone.

Great medium weight gloves that due to there extreme wind blocking feel about 10 times as thick. Blocking the wind completely especially when it is -30 means a bunch. I can even throw my beaver mittens over them to stay very warm and when I have to do work I can pull my gloved hand out and these are very form fitting and have a great tactile feel to them so I can do semi technical work with them still on. Finally a snug good fitting glove that I can thread a 3/4 inch nut and washer to the bolt in killer cold. Lifesavers in many ways

I like these gloves. They are form-fitting to allow great movement, yet they block a surprising amount of cold and wind. I have used them for things such as winter hiking and driving gloves, and am most pleased with their performance.

I've had these gloves since they first came out and I love 'em !!! I do a lot of winter hiking and camping and these are my favorites.. Very nimble when adding or removing layers or if you need to use your hands for anything. I got mine one size larger so I could put my North Face Powerstretch gloves on like a liner. Minus 14 and windy ?? NO PROBLEM !!! I have run these through the gauntlet...I can't wait for winter !!

| These are so nice! I have the female version (which are exactly the same, just smaller and in girly colors) and I love them! They are wind-proof, lightweight, very flexible and stretchy (a must if you enjoy preserving the dexterity in your fingers while keeping them warm at the same time), and the black never get dirty. Not 100% waterproof, but good enough for the spur of the moment snowball fight or sudden sleet storm. | |

I bought these gloves for backpacking and they did the job great. I have snowboarded in these gloves and stayed dry and warm. The only time i was cold was on a mile hike in -5 degrees in Colorado. They hold out water good and are nice and light. Be careful of getting them close to a flame because I burned them pretty bad on my buddies white gas stove.

I picked these up for like 12 bucks at the local REI just because they were cheap. I was really surprised to see how warm they kept my hands even in 2 degree weather in montana just walking around. Snowshoeing in the same weather with these made my hands sweat!! I have poor circulation so I was super impressed. Highly recommend these, especially for the price!

Love these gloves - I had a pair and then purchased these for my husband, who had never been exposed to -30 celcius temperatures as we were in Banff, Alberta this Christmas. Wore them on a nice snowy run and loved them! The small grip-logos are great, too - just enough traction to hold onto things, without being too 'sticky'.

I bought these gloves on a ski trip early last spring. I skied in them when the weather was mild, and since then, I've worn them to shovel snow, at football games and even going to and from work. They are waterproof and on top of that provide a great barrier against the wind. Great product for a great price!
