I love the jacket. It has a more lean feeling that the typical fleece lined jackets. I have only been using the outer shell so far which has gotten me through some 30 degree Fahrenheit days. It has been more than enough so far and I expect it to be very warm when it gets much colder out. The down liner is very warm and I haven't really needed to use it. I tried it one day and it was way too much so I yanked it out. If you are looking for a leaner yet very warm jacket I would strongly recommend it. It is not water proof but it does resist water very well. I spent nearly an hour in the pouring rain with it and the shell was wet but I did not get too wet considering the conditions. Enjoy! | |

| The only thing missing from this jacket is a hoodie. It feels great and looks great without too much going on in the front. The front chest zipper is really helpful to store keys in while your hands are kept warm in the side pockets. The inner layer feels better than a fleece layer at times when you're sweating a little. | |

| I like that the jackets do not zip together because it allows me to wear them separately if it's not too cold out. The basin blue looks incredible. The heat seeker inner jacket is very warm, while the outer shell is wind and water resistant. | |

| The jacket is perfectly wind and water resistant. I used it in bitter 30-35 mph winds in northern Wisconsin and stayed perfectly warm. A bit annoying zipping up both jackets. | |

| it's basically like two separate jackets. didn't like that the two jackets cannot zip together like my previous triclimates. the style is nice, but i'm going to return it due to the zipper part. Altrec is really good with the shipping, arrived right when they said it would. | |
