| This bag is great! I love how much stuff I can fit in there, and it still feels light on my shoulder, and that is hard to find! It may look like it is heavy with the huge "metal" piece on it, but it isn't at all, and the wide "seat belt" strap doesn't cut into your shoulder. I also like the pockets inside, and out along with the draw string top, just in case I need to load even more in it like a sweat shirt. There is only one small complaint I do have about it, and that is what it is made out of. It is water resistant, but it makes a crinkling noise if you squeeze it or even if you are just taking it on and off. If it was less noisy, it would be extra perfect. That alone isn't enough to make me take it back. I recommend this bag to anyone who is like me and likes to carry a lot of stuff with them, "just in case" they need it! By the way, Zappos is the best! I love how fast I get the stuff I order! Thanks Zappos! |

| If you're considering - DO IT! It’s truly the BEST bag I’ve ever owned... though, I’m personally using it as a purse - I would describe the size to be more "bag" like than purse sized. As a mom, it's the perfect bag/large purse to keep a few additional mommy items so you don't have to carry two bags. Also, it's not the traditional large purse/bag that doesn't have organizing pockets... it has many, which assists in keeping everything separate even with the larger size. Easy to throw everything in its place and very cool looking. I just got it and the very first day I used it I honestly had two random people comment on it... how fun! Additionally - props to Zappos. They are the ones who talked me through which bag to decide on, which assisted in my selection. The customer service is comparable to NONE. Don’t try to get the bargain elsewhere, which is what I did originally and was (with no surprise) disappointed. Happy ordering and enjoy your bag! |

| I do love this bag... it's got a bit of style, it's big and roomy, I can wear it across my body the way I like, and it's at least water resistant so I do not have to protect it on a rainy day. The strap is a lovely soft seatbelt strap, so it is very comfortable to wear. Negatives are that it's a little crinkly - it makes a noise kind of like a tent... and the side pocket is a little less useful than I expected - it has a vertical zipper and things kind of fall out. One thing I also found out the hard way - French security at CDG do not like the carabineer which holds the strap on one side! They wanted to confiscate it, they said it was not allowed! Since it can be used as a weapon. I begged and they let me through though, thank goodness, with bag intact. |

| I travel, travel, travel. This bag is like air on your shoulder. I was afraid the hardware would be heavy, but is light as air also. I was just in Paris, with my new black Awabi loaded with umbrella books etc, and the bag still felt light!!! I was out all day and I enjoyed having everything with me and it not killing my shoulder! Kudos to The North Face. It’s a 10 star bag!!! |

| This bag is very lightweight (one of the reasons I chose it), but it is bigger than I would like. I did like all the pockets and zippered areas. I did not like the drawstring section at the top, which gets in the way each time you try and get in the bag. |

| This is a wonderful bag. Very lightweight with a soft, comfortable strap. This is the most organized my purse has ever been. There is lots of extra room for occasional extras like an umbrella, magazines, or whatever you may need. The green is awesome. |
