The North Face Long-Sleeve Crew is a beautifully simple climbing shirt. Made from 100% cotton, the Crew is soft and light as only cotton can be. Side vents at the hem give ventilation for when things heat up on a pitch. The Crew is garment washed before it leaves the factory so its color won't fade.

Decent Shirt | |

I initially loved this shirt, and I still like it a lot. Fit is true to size with a good length in the sleeve. My only issue is that the seam is beginning to split in one of the armpits. Probably just an individual occurrence, but something to consider.

A nice thick cotton tee shirt well suited for our pacific northwest climate. The tapered fit is comfortable because there is no excessive material to tuck in and no bunching. Let's see how they hold up after a few washings. So far, so good.

Nice heavy-weight cotton, great for cool spring or fall days. Great fit, sized just about right and the sleeves are plenty long for my long arms. I just wish I could order more, but it looks like they are discontinuing these.

I love everything about this shirt. The cotton is thick, soft, and comfortable, and the sizing is perfect. The Prussian Blue is a particularly striking color, and this should be my favorite shirt for years to come.

The only cotton shirt I own

I love the feel of this shirt during any activity, it is cotton, so it does not dry fast, but it is extremely comfortable and the cut/sizing is great for tall thin people.

I've worn this shirt climbing 14ers in Colorado and mountain biking in a canyon in Texas. It is a comfortable, well-fitting shirt as a single or base-layer. Sizing is true.

Great shirt. I'm 6'2 and the XL fits perfect. Very soft yet seems to be durable. I plan on buying a couple different colors.

Disappointing | |

My personal experience with this shirt was disappointing at best. The shirt is not that comfortable. The stitch work around the shoulders rubs the skin in a irritating manner. The sizes run small and the fit is tight with little give. I don't mind tight shirts as long as the material is a pleasant feel to the skin, which is not the case with this shirt. Arm lengths are a bit long.

This is a great shirt bought for my husband for Christmas. He like everything about it except the logo on the face of the shirt. If not for that it would be perfect.
