The North Face Denali Glove Reviews:

Positive Reviews:

I bought the bittersweet brown and it matches my Denali perfectly. I was a little nuts at first since my fleece had started getting a little worn and these were still new but after one use they started to have a used appearance. I don't recommend using daily since the fleece will obtain significant pilling. They get four stars because they will perfectly match in color to the denalis. One star for performance that includes the wear and the fact that lining is scratchy and there are literally four tags sewn in each. Also I have a standard size 7 ring finger size and the XS fits my fingers but a S would have been longer in length and I have average fingers. They keep the 38° out in West Virginia but I do not think would block negative temperatures in states such as Minnesota or Wisconsin as their weather can become insanely cold.

Runs large

I had the same pair last year, which got lost. I ordered the same Denali gloves this year but the quality has gone down. It is no longer thick, I had M fitted me right, this one is large, almost feels like it has a missing extra layer. They are warm, cant tell if it will work in sub zero, as we havent had that weather here yet.

Warm and toasty

I put these gloves on for the first time yesterday but actually wore them in the cold today and they did a good job of keeping my fingers warm. they wernt really hot but warm enough to be comfy. i should of got the thermals because my fingers started getting cold but otherwise they were good driving to work (:

LOVE THEM!!

I was originally looking for a pair of gloves for my mom for the holidays and came across these... I just had to buy a pair for myself as well!! I love them, they fit great and are super warm. The grips on the fingers and hand are super awesome too!!

I bought these gloves to wear when walking my dog in the winter. They are very practical and serve their purpose. I bought the medium and found them to be pretty loose even though I have bigger hands for a girl. Very warm and comfy.

Great with the The North Face Girls' Oso Hoodie

Bought this to go with my sister North Face Girls' Oso Hood in premiere purple! Perfect together! Not only was she excited to receive it but she was so surprised that she got both! These gloves fit perfectly!! They are soft and warm! Highly Recommend!

Will order again

Bought these as a gift for my boyfriends sister for Christmas. I will order these again but this time for myself. Very cute and fashionable but still keeps the hands warm! And, you can use your phone and not take your gloves off. Bonus!

great pair of gloves!

i wore these while building an igloo last winter and i was really happy with them. i liked them so much i bought a second pair as a gift for my dad. would recommend a liner glove underneath for added warmth.

Perfect Glove

I got good service and help from Gander staff to help me decide on this purchase. Their recommendations were perfect for my needs. This was a gift and the gift recipient was thrilled with the gloves.

Perfect gloves at a great price!!!

These gloves were a great find. I had looked at other stores and the price was much higher for the same product. I was very pleased with my purchase! It arrived very quickly also.

Negative Reviews:

Like the Denali jacket-not for cold weather use

I purchased these gloves in black, brown, and white to match my Denali jackets. I guess since my Denali jackets aren't warm enough to wear in cold weather I shouldn't have bothered with the gloves-if its cold enough for me to need gloves, its cold enough for me to wear my Denalis under my Nuptses and then these gloves just aren't warm enough for me. They're also quite bulky and have to be removed to do just about anything with my hands. I would not purchase them again, but they seem to be holding well, so I guess I will not need to.
Clarke at The North Face on 11/30/2012

Disappointed

In cold, windy MI gloves are not warm. Gloves r also big and bulky. I guess order a size down.

Neutral Reviews:

Look nice, but disappointed

I needed a pair of cold weather gloves that would keep my hands warm in 20 degree temperatures. This was not a good choice. The gloves are sold alongside gloves for skiing, but the website describes them as a "cool weather” glove. There is no indication on the packaging as to what type of temps they are good for, so I took a chance on them. I walked in 28 degrees for about 30 minutes before my hands started to warm up. I will return them and look for something more appropriate.
Powerwalker at The North Face on 12/21/2012
A little bulky. Ordered a small and still long in the fingers. Not as soft as what I would expect from a fleece gloves. Size down a must!
