This vest is meant for spring and summer running! It is very light weight and has a complete mesh back which is great for allowing your back to obtain air and stay less sweaty!! The breast pocket is just big enough for a cell phone or mp3 player. I would recommend that you buy one size smaller then the sizing chart because the mess back is stretchy and makes the over all vest bigger. I bought a medium and had to return it for a small, when I am always a medium in tops. | |

i think this is a completely useless vest. it has absolutley no weight to it..i bough the blue color and its completely see thru..it's the thinnest thing i've ever seen. i usually love north face items but this is something i doubt i will ever use, the back is COMPLETELy mesh...i wasn't aware of that when i bought it..just a warning to all of you...good luck with this if u do get it... | |
