If you love fleece, but don't love bulkiness, try The North Face Momentum Jacket. This jacket has soft, warm fleece throughout the body, and low-profile stretch panels under the arms. This gives you extra mobility, while still keeping you nice and warm. The stretch fabric also allows the Momentum Jacket to fit closer to the body for cute style.
A versatile layering fleece, this full-zip provides cover in cool to cold weather without impacting mobility with TKA Superstretch fabric. Stretch fleece has a sleek, performance fit that hugs the body more than a traditional relaxed fit jacket for a more athletic-inspired fit.
Updated, sleek, performance-fit jacket insulates against cool to cold weather and layers exceptionally well.
Designed for aerobic use in crisp conditions, this full-zip jacket fosters unrestricted movement thanks to its stretch, elastane and TKA Superstretch fabric makeup. Both breathable and comfortable, this stretchy jacket features elastic cuffs to prevent slippage when you're on-the-go.

I needed a replacement for an REI jacket I wore to death, but they stopped making it. I have been looking for a while and have ordered/returned other jackets, but this one is perfect. The outside looks great and doesn't pill, and it's soft inside where it matters. I bought an XS and it is very form fitting and flattering. I am a 34 in the chest, so I debated getting a small, but am happy with the XS. The stretchiness makes it very comfortable, and I have a full range of motion in the shoulders, which is important to me. I can wear a thin long sleeve shirt under it just fine. The only negative is that the sleeves are a little long, but I think that will be nice to cover my hands when I wear it hiking in chilly weather. I am comfortable wearing it in 50-60 degree weather walking/sitting around outside, and if I am more active could probably wear it in upper the 40s and be fine. It's also thin so it will be a good layering item in the winter. Very happy with this purchase.
I have bought 3 of these TNF Momentum jackets for my wife over the years - 2 in black and just bought her the Magic Magenta color for Valentine's Day. She loves this jacket - it is well suited to the climate we have in the SF Bay Area. It is a bit more "stretchy" than the TNF Bionic jacket. My wife wears this jacket to play tennis in all the time.
This item was a gift for a family member and before I packaged it I couldn't help but notice how high of quality this jacket is. I'm going to have to get myself one of the men's ones.
