So Soft!
My jacket just came today and I love it! I wanted one of these soft and furry Northface jackets because they look and feel so cozy. My others are not this soft. It is even softer than I thought. I got the baroque purple color and it is great. Like an eggplant or jewel tone purple. I think it will be great for me for every day use to work where we dress casually. I also love these for travel because they don't take up much room and they come in handy if you're traveling from cold to warm climate and back again. Yes, it isn't super warm, but is perfect for errands, etc. where you don't want to swelter in a heavy jacket when you're inside, and I can always layer a jacket or vest over it if I want more warmth.

Nice cool-weather jacket. I'm a 5'6", 105 lb. woman, and the XS fits great. In the past, I have had problems with some North Face outer wear, in that some jackets are cut very tight under the armpits...but not this jacket! Plenty of room in the armpit area, and the jacket is tailored just as you see it in the photo...slightly narrow in the waist area to help you keep your "girlish" figure. The only reasons I didn't give this jacket five stars is because the colors are a lot brighter than I expected...almost neon. A little TOO bold for my liking. And, I think in general, North Face apparel is a bit over-priced. Overall I'm happy with this jacket, and will continue to buy North Face products.
MOOSEJAW IS THE BOMB!!
I have been burned in the past with other online retailers so I was sort of hesitant to order from this site because I had never heard of it before. So I decided to chat with a rep and also make a phone call...I was instantly sold...The customer service is the best I have ever experienced and the humor throughout the site is awesome! This site had the best deal and FREE shipping when I placed my order...I will for sure be spreading the word about MOOSEJAW and buying again in the future! So nice, I bought it twice.
I wear this jacket outside on cool evenings. The fit is great, even for someone long in the arm or torso, I didn't have to go one size up to get a great fit. Love that the pockets zip although an inside zippered pocket would be nice. I also have a white one that has been washed several times and shows no sign of yellowing or pilling. The ibiza blue is even brighter, and in my opinion, prettier than shown on the web. More of a bright turquoise than a sky blue. Considering getting another one, I love this full zip style much better than the mossbud pullover. Northface quality is worth every penny!
Too Big
I love my jacket, however its a little big. I'm 5'5 and I normally wear an XL so I ordered an 2XL to have a little room. I can wear a hoodie with it and still have room, but with out a hoodie it looks like I'm wearing my husband's jacket. I wanted to exchange it in the North Face store but no luck with my size in stock. I hate that I paid $100 for something that I'm not going to wear. The few time I did wear it I had no problems with shedding. My daughter is on her 3rd and never had a problem with shedding either.
Soft and cozy
Fits well, very soft and fuzzy. I got the grey, which is a nice neutral. Some of the brighter colors in the stores look more like a "monster" or some puppet, the grey is subdued and very wearable. Youthful fabric, but not teeny-bopper. I have a blanket from that fancy gift/gadget store in the mall and it seems like the exact same fabric. None of it has fallen out or pilled.
It hasn't gotten *really* cold here yet, but I have been wearing it as my fall jacket with no warmth complaints. Seems just as warm if not warmer than the Denalis I've had.

Fantabulous!
I purchased this jacket in the hot pink color for my daughter to wear around campus. We live in Memphis; she has been able to wear it most of the winter (she has only needed a heavier coat on a few occassions.) She loves the fit and color. The silky fleece has not matted, and it does not collect pet fur like the other micro fleece jackets do. It washes beautifully. I will probably purchase another color next fall! It costs more than the off-brands, but it is very much worth it, as it still looks brand new after months of wear!
Love this jacket, but it did shed!!!!!!!
So, I owned the white osito jacket for about a month and tolerated the shedding of white fuzzies everywhere.The solution was that I emailed North Face, who sent me a warranty form to fill out and send with the jacket to them. After 4 weeks I just received a note that they will replace it, along with a North Face Gift card!! So, I will order it again and hope for the best!! On a positive note, it is the softest and warmest jacket I have ever owned!!!!
Awesome Jacket but runs SMALL!
So I absolutely LOVE this jacket!! However, I will warn you that it runs small! I usually wear a size Large in all other north face jackets like the Denali and Denali thermal. I ordered a large in this jacket and it was too tight and the sleeves were a tad short. I ended up having to exchange it for an XL and it is much roomier! This jacket is well worth it's price and it is super warm and comfy, just BEWARE that it runs small!
I love all my jackets!
I currently own five Osito jackets and I absolutely love them. I wear one of them every day. I have had no problems with shedding at all. The only problem I can say I have is that they get worn in too fast but I do get my money's worth out of them. I don't suggest washing them often because they lose their softness. However, I love these jackets because they are cute, comfy, and you can wear them anywhere. I definitely recommend this product.

Love the Jacket.....HATE THE SHEDDING!
I got this jacket around end of January/beginning of February and I love how warm it is, love the way it feels and looks. I HATE the shedding! Four days a week I have to be dressed in suits and pay a lot for my work clothes. When I'm off I love to be comfortable, but everytime I get in my car after wearing the jacket my work clothes are covered, my car seats are covered, my seat belt is covered! Everything is PINK! I walk around picking pink off of everything, I roll my car seats and I pick so much fuzz off my seatbelt that there is pink all over my driveway. My daughter really wants the blue one but I refuse to buy it because it would look like cotton candy threw up all over everything. You really need to fix this problem with the product. I've washed and followed the instructions over and over, nothing changes.

Regarding the Osito Jacket, I will not purchase another jacket made of that material.The jacket is less than 4 months old and is worn by my wife to /from work.She operates a cafe, so there is no wear and tear due to her duties at work...........

The color was ok, but the medium which I usually wear felt too big. The Jacket had no shape and the collar drooped when on.

Crease in collar
I received this jacket for a gift from my husband. It was ordered online through main website. The collar does not stay down... There is like a crease right in middle of collar.. It is a pain to have that sticking up therefore I don't wear much at all. Any other complaints or is this how it is suppose to be? Please advise....thanks.
Sleeves are short if you're tall
I'm 5'11" and the sleeves on this are way too short (not even close.) I usually don't have a problem with sleeves on zip-front garments, but I think I'll have to return this one. But, if you're shorter, it might work...
not meant for tall people
I didn't like it at all, the sleeves were not long enough and when you move your arms the whole jacket lifts. The fuzziness wasn't as pretty as you would expect.
