| Do I have to take them off? I received these shoes one evening and they had been on my porch waiting for me to come home. The temperature outside was about 2 degrees, needless to say, the shoes were very cold when I unwrapped them! I know that I should have let them warm up before I tried them on, but I couldn't resist, they are so cool looking! I put them on and didn't want to take them off although they were SO COLD! They warmed up, and I didn't want to take them off. Ever. I realized that I couldn't keep them on for ever, and that they wouldn't go with dresses or skirts, but if there is any shoe in my closet that is a "go-to" every day comfort shoe this is it. Now I'm going to have to start trail running! | |

| Almost perfect - I loved this shoe when I saw it online. Out of the box it looked great (I got the gravel/wheat combo) and felt great. Unfortunately, after 15 minutes of wearing, my right foot started to go numb and the shoe was uncomfortable in the tongue area possibly due to a high instep. No amount of fiddling helped, so I ended going up a 1/2 size. Same problem only now I had slippage in the heel area so definitely too large. It's a real disappointment as the shoes looked great, felt great on my left foot (which is slightly smaller) and I wish I could have kept them. I still think this is a good shoe - just not a good fit for my particular situation. | |

| An okay shoe for those with foot problems... I have lots of problems with my feet, so finding shoes is a challenge. These are not the best shoes I have found, but they are a close second to my Asics Gel Cumulus 9 and Keen Voyageur (which are tied for best). What I do like about them more than the Asics is that they look more like a hiking shoe and less like a running shoe, which is good on some occasions where tennis shoes are too casual. | |

| Great Pair of Shoes - I order these shoes for a trip to Mexico, trekking in the jungle. I leave soon but I have been wearing the shoes and they are perfect. Before I bought them I read all the reviews. True-to-size. Very comfortable and I have a wide upper foot. Shoe laces arent great but just replace them. Extremely light weight which perfect if you are doing a lot of climbing and hiking. I am very happy with my purchase. | |

| Completely satisfied - We were headed to the Olympic Peninsula and I needed a good pair of walking/hiking shoes. I like this color scheme; it was very neutral and worked with shorts, jeans, etc. Very light weight, my feet felt great by the end of our long days. I even fell in a lake and my shoes were soaked, but it didn't take long for the shoes to dry out. Total satisfaction. Zappos always comes through. | |

| Love them! I bought these as a replacement to a pair I had worn out. For me, they've been comfortable from the get go. My feet don't like staying in the same shoes for long, but I wore these daily on the land portion of an Alaskan cruise with no problems. I bought them initially because I liked the way they looked, but they quickly became my goto shoes for just about all outdoor activities. | |

| Great shoe - This is the most comfortable shoe I have bought in a long. There is no breaking in. Most tennis shoes I buy make my feet hurt or feel tired. These I can wear walking around the block or hiking. I usually can't buy shoes without trying them on first, so I was taking a gamble by buying these off the internet, but I am glad I did. | |

| Comfy right out of the box. I wear orthodics, like a roomy toe-box, and have a narrow heel but these shoes fight great! True to size. Only issue is that these are lousy on wet, slick surfaces whether it's rocky or sidewalks. Alternatively these soles are great on dry surfaces. I'm about to buy my second pair just in case TNC stops making this style. | |

| Pretty pleased - Good shoe for walking and occasional hiking/trekking. I like the light blue undertone, and the shoe is very comfy right out of the box. I was a bit disappointed in the lack of arch support - I removed the insert, and the sole is simply flat. I put in my own jell-like inserts to give me some support. | |

| Love this sneaker - I have been searching for a comfortable sneaker I can go hiking in the spring with and these are perfect. My only issue with these sneakers is in the footpad there is a bump that runs along the foot that can be uncomfortable have gotten used to it though would not stop me from buying again. | |

| Soggy when wet - These shoes are very comfortable. Wore them on a 5 mile hike first time out. They are not at all water resistant. My feet got wet walking in grass with dew on it. | |

| Not sure how anyone can call these comfortable. The inside has no cushioning whatsoever and there's hardly any arch support. These are going back. | |

| I really wanted to like these - These are a really good looking pair of shoes, but they were just too small in the instep and too narrow in the toe box. If you have a high arch or have a slightly wider foot, these aren't for you. | |

| Pretty, but uncomfortable - Materials felt cheap and stiff. There was practically no arch support. | |
