Great jacket for the money
| Rating: | ![]() |
| This is a great fleece jacket. I was skeptical about how well this would stand up to the wind, but today I've been outside in 30 mph wind gusts and I can't feel a thing! Probably not the best thing to have if it's raining (like the description says above), but great for cool dry weather. The fit is pretty true to size and is a little on the "athletic fit" side, which I think is better when you are using in technical situations anyways. It has sturdy zippers on both pockets and two pull toggles at the bottom to really cinch it up tight. I highly recommend this jacket!!! | |

Good Jacket | |

The Windwall II jacket has a very trim fit. I could wear a thin layers underneath it, but anything bulky would not fit well underneath this jacket. I wear a large and most jackets in that size have arms are a bit long for me. The Windwall II's sleeves fit me perfectly.

nice & warm | |

| very warm. fits well and feels nice. the seam on the sleeves is a little abrasive if you're wearing a short sleeved short. also wish it had pit zips as most people who spend this much on a sweatshirt/jacket are probably going to use it for more than just sitting around the house. also, an absolute magnet for dog hair - just like most fleece. other than that, very, very nice. | |

The best fleece I have ever owned.

| This fleece fits and looks great. I especially like the zipper pocket on the sleeve, perfect for my ipod. I liked it so much that I bought a second one so I could have another color. I also gave two of them as Christmas gifts this year, (they too were impressed). This is the perfect fleece for those windy snowy days. Shipping was fast and the service from Altrec as usual is second to none. | |

Favorite around town and on the trail
| Rating: | ![]() |
| This has become my favorite all around jacket, I wore it through the entire southern NY winter without need of a wind shell. It is perfect for hiking on winter days, or lunch at windy overlooks and summits. At 23 oz (658 g), it is a bit heavy for lightweight backpacking, and an inside pocket for hat and gloves would be nice, but I still pack it on all my day hikes. | |

Amazing!!! | |
| Rating: | ![]() |
| It keeps me warm when it's windy and it really does stop the wind from coming through (vs. traditional fleece). The zipper pockets and zipper pocket on the arm are amazing - move freely without worrying about things coming out of your pockets. Great because it is a zip up and not a pullover - not a pain to remove when going from a cold to warm area or visa versa!!! | |

my husband loves it | |

| my husband loves to kayak. he needed a jacket that was thin enough to move around in but warm and keep the wind out because he kayaks early spring into late fall. he used this in december when we went to HHI SC and he thought it was a great jacket and very easy to paddle in. it didn't restrain him at all. i highly recommend it. | |

| The Windwall 2 jacket so far has been a great purchase. It keeps me warm even when it's 10-15 degrees below zero. Windchill is no longer an issue when I'm outside wearing this jacket. Shipping was extremely fast so I was able to enjoy my jacket sooner. | |
