Great Adapter

We were really struggling to get my mountain bike on our Thule rack. We went back [...] and they steered us towards this adapter. Now we can securely get our bikes on the carrier.

Just okay

I got this product because I needed an adapter to mount my y-frame bike on my bike rack. The adjustable length is nice and the adapter serves the purpose of getting my bike on the rack. However, the buttons to release the adapter to put it on/off the bike are very small and hard to push. It's too small to do with your finger so I always have to use the end of my car key. It's inconvenient and I wish I could get this on/off my bike more easily.
