Good product

I was looking for a system to help me (5ft1) get a 24 foot rowing shell onto my truck. I chose this system because for the price it could lower down to me as i rolled the shell onto the cab of the truck and then I can raise the goalpost to the same level and with a pin system it's relatively easy. The nice things about the produce is it comes with straps and it is adjustable. There is a design flaw though. The bolts that hold it onto the receiver are too short- and that equated to less stability. So I went to the hardware store and purchased one large bolt of the same diameter and that created a LOT more stability. I still need a step stool to raise the goalpost back up to the cab level (and would recommend that for shorter people) otherwise the repetition could wear out the shoulders. The other down side is that you can't open the back of the truck with the goalpost on it. Overall a good product and overall cheaper than it's competator brand when purchased on sale :)

I needed a device to get my Sit on kayak on the top of
my Blaser with out making contact with the roof,
scratches are trouble, this works out great. Best of both worlds, good looking car and do the sport I realy like.
