The Hydro Glide Saddles are Thule's alternative to rollers. Unlike rollers, the Hydro Glide has no moving parts to break or jam, just super slick felt pads that let you slide the bow through into the forward saddle, then act as a saddle themselves. The Hydro Glide works especially well with the Set-to-Go saddle, with the Hydro Glide on the back bar and the Set-to-Go on the front. For a complete pack with both saddles, see the Glide & Set.

I like these glide saddles because they make it easier to load a kayak by yourself. Just get the kayak onto them and push it on up. you won't scratch your boat or damage your car. also gives a great place to have your kayak rest on. | |

| Excellent value on an easy to use saddle system by Thule. Have used this device for years. Kayak easily slides thru saddles for optimal carrying position. Easy to set up and easy to remove and store. Requires minimal storage space. | |
