| I am a 53 year old former concrete block hauler. Hauled block for over 20 years. I am now the block yard supervisor. I load trucks with a forklift and I have to lift heavy blocks when customers need certain amounts of block for their order. I am talking lots of 30 to 75 pound concrete blocks moved by hand. Foot protection and comfort is a must as I am on my feet a lot. I have always had trouble finding a comfortable shoe of any kind because of bad feet, I always order two sizes too large. Even tennis shoes can rub my feet the wrong way. These boots, without question, are the most comfortable shoe I have ever owned, almost want to wear them all the time. They are heavy, but I have gotten use to that. I was putting an order together and a 35 pound concrete block fell onto my foot when I was wearing my old steel toe boots, and the block missed the steel toe part of the boot and mashed my little toe pretty good. So I bought the Met Guard Steel Toe for more protection. Three weeks later the same type of 35 pound block fell onto my foot and it felt like an insect bumping into my foot. These boots are excellent. I still ordered two sizes larger but that is only because of my bad feet. The only fault is that the boot laces are wimpy and wearing out after only two months. As far as long term wear and tear on the boots, I do not know yet. But I am sure I will order another pair when these wear out. | |

| Nice work boots - I was a Red Wing customer for the past 20 years. But the last time I tried to shop there I asked the sales person why the price $50.00 more in just two years , and all I got for an answer was they had more expensive cows! I walked out& never going back. My wife then told me about Zappos and what a great way to shop for shoes. So I ordered a pair of Timberland PRO'S 6"met guard steel toe boots The process was very easy and the price was right. I thought they might look a little "clunky". But when I wore them to work everybody was asking me where I got them! I've been a ship fitter for the 28 years and wore out allot of boots in that time, and these boots feel comfortable since day one I also feel a lot safer with the metatarsal guards .I only wish I'd had them 15 years ago when I smashed my left foot, I would not feel the pain that I do now. These boots are the best Thank you. I'm passing the word to all. | |

| I purchased these work boots six weeks ago and wear them every day to work. I am a welder and these boots have been fantastic from the first time that I put them on. They fit perfectly and were instantly comfortable. The first day that I wore them for work I took my other pair of boots for back up to change into for when my feet might start to hurt as new shoes usually do. I never needed to use them. They were comfortable all day long. I don't think that I can run as fast with them on but, they have definitely protected my feet from falling metal. I highly recommend them for protection and comfort. | |

| BEST BOOTS I EVER BOUGHT! I bought this pair of boots because I needed steel toe footwear and I thought it might be good to protect the rest of my foot as well. They were perfect right out of the box, no blisters or sore spots. I wear a ladies size 8 so I ordered a size 7 (men’s) as it is the smallest this boot comes in and they fit like they were made for me. I drive a tractor trailer but have to do a lot of unloading and stuff falls all the time, I feel confident these boots will protect my feet. | |

| The best! Great price for your buy. I’ve been through lots of boots for work and this by far has been the most comfortable and don’t really have to be broken in. The only bad thing about these shoes is that when you get on your knees, it’s hard to bend your toes because of the met guard...I’m on my feet all day 10-12 hrs a day and these shoes stand up for you...comfort is #1 let these shoes do the job! | |

| These boots are great for working - Very sturdy, slip-proof (we work with oils, so they have to be). Without looking too much like a “workman's” boot - you can clean them up and wear them out if you want. | |
