| Excellent leather oxford! This shoe is well made, fully lined, and the leather is soft - no break-in period required. It was also well priced. My son (age 10) wears them all day in school, he likes the look because it is somewhat rugged and doesn't look like a little kid's shoe. I bought the brown, they're holding up well. Also, this is not a heavy shoe, they're surprisingly lightweight. | |

| My son is very picky and loved these immediately. He wears them to camp everyday instead of tennis shoes. They can be dressier with pants but also have the "explorer" look that he likes. My son has wide feet and they fit his feet well. | |

| I have 2 active boys, same size foot. I bought this shoe for one of them and the school issue for the other. While these appear to be super comfortable, they have not held up at all. We started school on August 17 and today I am having to purchase another pair per the school principal. I am shocked at the way these Timerberlands have held up. They are overly scuffed, the leather is peeling and they look awful! I would expect them to look like this after 6 - 8 months and not 1 month! | |
