The Timberland Kia Wah Bay 2-Eye Boat shoes provide ship-to-shore comfort, durability and a classic look. The full-grain leather upper with hand-sewn vamp and heel provide comfort and a handcrafted look and feel. The premium upper is stitched to the EVA midsole, which is then cemented to the outsole for durability and no exposed stitching. The 360º rawhide lacing system allows for a custom fit while the corrosive-resistant hardware keeps these shoes ready for the elements at any time. There is a Timberland tree logo embossed on the side, with the Timberland name embossed on the tongue, trim and inside collar. The outsole is non-marking, siped thermo-rubber, which provides outstanding traction on wet surfaces.

| Overall I am happy with the shoe. The material breathes and has superior heel cushioning. I broke my ankle and tore the plantar fasciitis tendon which has made finding a comfortable shoe very challenging. These are the only shoes I have found that lessen impact to where I am not in pain when walking. However these shoes do not have arch support like others stated. I had to insert Dr Scholl’s arch supports in these shoes. I ordered a size larger after reading other reviews and still the shoes are a bit too tight. I have narrow feet yet I find these shoes in normal width are unusually narrow. The bottoms grip well. At work I wear surgeons booties over these Nikes and the threads literally gnaw through the fabric. I have the grey with mist blue color and have gotten numerous compliments on them. I will probably order another pair, but will order 1.5 sizes larger. | |

| Bummer, but not giving up on Zappos - I guess I should have read some of the other reviews. This shoe felt a full size larger than listed. Unfortunately, I wear a men's 6 to 6.5, so I'm out of luck and will have to send these back. Zappos has been great about the returns, which is why I keep trying to find a cool shoe in my size on their site. I'm starting to get a bit frustrated though. It's a tough way to try on shoes. But since I wear an odd size, it's one of my only options. | |

| Zappo\'s service is second to none, but you already know that if you have had the same experiences I have had with them. The Timberland Kia Wah Bay 2 Eye Boat shoe is a very well made and comfortable shoe. The only minor complaint I had was with the internal part of the tie. The leather tie was uncomfortable but the shoe "broke in" very quickly and now it is comfortable. Keep in mind this is a boat shoe and it looks nice but if you walk alot you may want to look at a Rockport or another walking shoe. | |

| Deck shoe review - The shoes are very nice except the laces are sort of screwed up. It looks like they dyed and part of them are brown and part are black. Looks funny to me. Also, they stitched a bright yellow tab on the top of the tongue which ruined the look. So I cut it off and I think it should be alright unless it starts tearing where I had to cut the tab off. Otherwise I can't complain because they carried my hard to find size so I am at their mercy. Thanks for asking. | |

| I have worn boat shoes for thirty years. More recently I have worn Timberland boat shoes. This time around I elected for this version. It has a slightly thicker heel, and the inside is more padded. This makes all the difference in the world in terms of comfort. \r\nThese shoes are not quite as easy to slip on and off as the original shoes, but the added comfort makes it well worth the while. \r\n\r\nThese are great shoes! | |

| My husband owned a pair of these shoes, but wore them out. He had looked for another pair everywhere. A light bulb came on and I checked Zappos. He was so happy to get a new pair. He says they are the most comfortable shoes he has ever worn. I say they look neat so we're both happy. He always wears them if we will be walking a lot. | |

| These shoes are incredibly comfortable and are suited perfectly for my corporate casual wardrobe, as well as weekend/church wear. Quality and craftsmanship are superb. They looked fabulous coming out of the box, and 3 weeks later still show no wear. I will be looking to the Timberland brand for all my work shoes in the future, though it doesn't look like I'll be needing any for a while. | |

| At least one true size smaller than normal - These shoes have a great sole. I’m not too crazy about the black ones but I got the dark brown and they're good looking. I wear a size 10 with most shoes and I had to drop down to a size 9 to fit into these and my toes still have room to grow. | |

| Timberland's Kia Wah - This is the second pair of Timberland shoes that I've bought. Both fit my smallish foot like a glove. I wish all shoe manufacturers would take a lesson from Timberland. This particular shoe feels like I'm wearing bedroom shoes. They're that comfortable, yet they're sturdy like boat shoes need to be. And they look great. | |

| Much bulkier than I had expected - I have owned Timberland Boat Shoes in the past that seemed to last forever. This recent pair of The Kia Wah Bay 2 Eye boat shoe (size 13) are certainly no Sperry Topsiders'. I would never wear these near water. They are nicely lined but are much too heavy for beach wear. They are more like dress shoes. I didn't return them, but I did order a pair of Top Siders to fit the casual bill. Maybe it's just the large size, but they are not what I expected appearance wise, either. | |

| No Arch support - I have worn many different Timberland shoes in the past. This Boat Shoe doesn't make it. There is none of the usual Timberland arch support. At the end of the day, my feet are tired. I do not recommend this shoe. | |
