| Must wear with socks. I love the look of these shoes. I was looking for a sort of casual dress shoe to wear with shorts. After the first time wearing them without socks and walking for about ten minutes, the top of the back of the show had dug into the back of my achilles tendon. I actually have small scabs from that ten minute walk now. So, be sure to wear socks with these shoes, but that still may give you blisters. Maybe they'll be fine after I break them in, or I'm considering cutting a small slit at the top of the seam in the center of the back of the shoe so that it doesn't dig into my achilles tendon. It's a shame, because these are great looking shoes. I just wish that their design was better so that I could comfortably wear them more often. | |
