| Unbelievable Shoe! Zappos, be sure to relay all of the reviews on this classic Timberland shoe to Timberland informing them NEVER to stop making it and not to change it AT ALL. I’ve worn this shoe for about 20 years now, on my third pair. You simply cannot destroy or wear this shoe out. Don’t be fooled, its looks are VERY deceiving. It is very tough, thick leather, even on the inside. Yet, it is THE most comfortable Timberland made and far more comfortable than other brands. It is also much lighter in weight than it appears to be. Not much break in needed, but do give it maybe 30 days of wear. It will be your favorite shoe for sure! The burgundy color goes with everything. You can wear it with jeans, casual Dockers/business casual. Can’t say enough about this shoe. It’s worth every cent of what appears to be a high price. It will out last all other shoes by far...by years! |

| Longest Running, Best Shoe Ever!! Been wearing this Traditional Handsewn Classic Timberland shoe 20+ years. On my third pair, by choice. The first & second pairs still had plenty of life left. Thick, double layer leather makes up the entire upper. Even the sole of the insides is plush, top quality leather. Dont be deceived by the thick, durable look of both upper & sole. Break them in a couple of weeks and they will fit & feel like a slipper. I wear them for most everything. You just cant kill the shoe. Do NOT be scared off by the price as these shoes are worth every cent & more. Timberland, do NOT change a thing and dont ever stop making this shoe. Just look at all these reviews!... Zappos continues to amaze me. I ordered these yesterday at 9:45pm. They are now in my house at 7:00pm today. No tax, no shipping charges. Beyond impressive. |

| I have liked Timberland fit. I have long, but narrower feet. These have not been as comfortable as prior Timberland. I first wore them on a vacation with a lot of walking. Bad idea. I got blisters on the tops of my toes, the uppers are too stiff. After the toes healed and about about a dozen wearings, the uppers are still very stiff and still irriate my feet. I suspect that another all-day walk would lead to blisters.I am confident that they will break in OK. Antoher issue: the very first wearing was when getting on an airplane. For some reason, they triggered the bomb detecting XRay. I got pulled into secondary inspection for the nitrate swap. I checked the shoes on the way home. I like the look. Soles look like they will be good on ice in winter. We shall see. |

| Best shoe I have ever owned!! I just re-ordered another pair. I bought the ones on my feet at this moment the day Regan was shot back in the early 1980's and they finally developed a small tear on the top, the sole and inside are still fine. I have used them for dressy occasions, working around the house, and taken everywhere. By far the best shoe I have ever owned, still comfortable just starting to show 26 years of wear and tear. Guess I got my moneys worth, but like that old pair of Levis will be hard to get rid of, maybe just delegate the old pair to the garage and yard work until the tear increases too much. |

| The Best!!! I bought a pair of these over 26 years ago. Wore them everywhere, to work, on weekends, at night, with casual slacks and with jeans. Style never changes and hope these won't either. Got these shoes before my son was born and then he took them off to college. Never saw them again. Had to buy a second pair after 19 years. Imagine that, I have had them longer than my son. Love them both. |

| Shoes with attitude. I now have my third pair of these excellent brogues - been wearing them since school, I'm now 25 and done with college - mature, confident, they tell the world that you are a man of discretion. Yeah, the sole is aggressive - it says I'm cool but don't mess with me. Wear them with anything, jeans, etc. |

| Great sturdy shoe - This is a great, sturdy shoe with solid leather construction and heavy duty lug sole. Does bring back little rocks, but that's not a big deal. For me, needs a little more cushioning, but a thin extra insole helps that. Roomy, comfy and good traditional looks. This is my go to shoe for almost anything. |

They have been with me on mountains, in the high desert and everywhere in between. As they said out west 100 years ago, these are the best there was. |

| Great shoe!! I am loving these shoes. They are very comfortable and fit great. Zappos customer service is incredible! I ordered the shoe yesterday and they added express shipping and lo and behold, the shoes were in my house when I got home from work today. A great shopping experience, in general. |

| Very Happy! My second pair and I love them. I have a bad back and find these shoes are great for work. Great for wide width feet. They offer great support and comfort. Highly recommend to anyone with a bad back that is on their feet the majority of the day. |
