First off let me say that Zappos was great. I ordered a watch I did not like and wanted to exchange. Customer service was great in assisting me to get the right watch and they did. The Iron Man water resistant watch to date has worked like a charm. I spend a lot of time in the water, specifically the Atlantic Ocean, and it has worked without a hitch. It stays securely attached to my wrist even in challenging situations. I have had many watches over the years, and this one performs up to expectations. I enjoy the rubber watch band which dries quickly when out of the water, unlike the velcro which can stay moist for quite a while. I would at this time highly recommend this watch for active individuals in and out of the water.
Takes a Licking!
Bought as a replacement to the original model, which died this summer. (A replacement band broke; the watch lay in the street actively ticking away for an hour and a half before the next bus finally ran over it, right where it accidentally fell off! The strap showed tire treads but it's hard to say how many vehicles clipped the thing before the bus got it. Even then the casing was still intact!) Durable & much-liked product - great for the beach & travel! Only complaint is that the new model has a larger head, which makes it a tad bulkier than its predecessor.
great product, time after time
i wear these watches to work and usually wind up doing chores with it on, which is why i have to replace them every couple of years. i lost my last one that i really liked clearing brush. it got snagged, i was working hard, and didn't notice it was gone until later. great watches, rugged, accurate and economical, and they look good. always my go-to brand.
Nice For The Price
This watch is a good buy and is nice for everyday use. I also like the Indiglo light feature. I have had a few of these similar Timex watches over the years and they all seem to suffer from one problem, if you drop them the back comes off and is impossible to snap back on. Maybe a special tool is needed.
I have been wearing Ironman watches since Timex 1st started making them...20 years ago(?). Since I ride a lot in the mountains and sweat a lot period, I love these watches. They are sturdy and handle tons of abuse and the wrist band will not rot! It's not jewelry, it's a watch you can always wear. Form and function...like Zappos.
Good Dressy Casual Watch
Nice looking watch for casual and dressy casual wear at a good price. Indiglo is a great feature and day/date are nice. Only downside is that bezel, which doesn't move, if you want that, has a slightly different finish than the case of the watch, which I think cheapens the appearance slightly.
Just what I was looking for - Just wanted a comfortable easy-to-read watch for timing my runs - this works. The rubber (?) band is the most comfortable of this type I’ve ever worn. The buttons/design/function of the watch are well thought out. I’m glad I got it.
I like this watch
Face is very easy to read, but could use a little more radium on the hands and hours for night view. Indiglo works well but has been hard on batteries in other Timex watches I've had. Watch is light for its size. Looks nice.
This watch works great. Easy to read, easy to use. The strap is a good size for larger wrists and also fits comfortably.

Need to reset date calendar after each non-31 day month. Watch stops when stem is pulled out. Makes reset from DST easy.
Negative Reviews:
Bad News...
The little window at 3:00 shows the day of the week and the date. In the tiny instructions it says to pull the stem out one click to set the date and pull to a second 'click' to set the day of the week. Trying to get it to go to the second 'click' the stem pulled right out of the watch. KAPUT! Although by now it didn't matter, the elapsed time ring around the clock face did NOT move. It is only decorative. It has no function no matter what they say. On the instructions sheet even after you find the section in english it talks about several different watches and it's hard to decide what applies to the watch you are trying to set. I sent it back for a refund.
Definitely Unhappy
Usually Timex products are pretty good. Have had lots over the years. Had this watch less than 1 month, it quit while I was in the back-country and was my only accurate way of telling time. Made for an unpleasant weekend back in the mountains. I would love a refund, but I'm not sure I can find it anymore.
Product picture is deceptive
The product picture showed an elapsed time ring which I would use regularly. When the watch arrived I found that the elapsed time ring did not move. I found that it was there strictly for appearance and not to be functional. The product picture and description misrepresentated the actual product. I returned the watch
