| I left my name at several stores for a call back when these boots were in stock. I had already given up on finding them in time for my daughter's birthday, which was one month away. I logged onto Zappos and they were out of stock. I filled out the request to be contacted when they were available again. Zappos was the only one to contact me and then very promptly shipped them as promised. I had them with plenty of time before her birthday! Thank you Zappos. When you say you're going to do something, you do it! Zappos Rocks! |

| Thank you Zappos for the great service. We were in the states for only four days and wanted the Ugg boots to be delivered to the hotel. What a service! The boots arrived within three days! My daughter was really happy. The boots are so comfy and nice. The size fit well and the color is beautiful. We have already made another order and it was even faster. After two days it was delivered at the hotel! We will definitely order our Ugg shoes at Zappos again next time. |

| I ordered a pair of Tall Brown Uggs for my daughter for her birthday and i was told they were in stock and would ship within 5 days. I later got an email and said that they were happy to tell me that my order was shipping out that day and i got them the next day. My 11 year old was so happy. I love the fact that i don\'t have to pay shipping either way. I would recommend to anyone to give Zappos a try. |

| Thankful Santa - My daughter had only modest requests for Santa this year, three items, the biggest ticket of them all, a pair of chocolate brown Uggs. While you were out of stock in the shorter version, which was what she asked for, you had the taller style, which I prefer. I ended up ordering up a size which worked out well as the shearling is a bit snug at first. She loves them and we will get two years of wear out them. |

| Excellent customer service... The customer service team here is the best! I was on the phone for 20 minutes with an extremely friendly employee that was doing everything possible to help me find what I needed...even checking other sites to try and find the Ugg boot I was looking for. I checked back two days later and Zappos happened to have the style back in stock. I ordered it and I received it the very next day! Will order from here first every time! |

| We love Uggs! All my kids have one: 6 months, 2 years, and 11 years old. I have 2! The chocolate is by far the best. They are very comfortable and very easy to put on and take off, not to mention very stylish. I was recently at the beach and my 2 year old daughter wears it walking on the sand, which was easier for her. Overall, we love this brand and will continue to buy the product. |

| I'm a full-figured girl. My shoe size is an 8 and my calves are 18 1/2. I didn't own a tall boot--until now. I LOVE THIS BOOT!! After reading the reviews, I ordered them. They just came in the mail. I feel sexy. I wish they had a cute little heel on them. I didn't think it was gonna fit my thick calf but they did with very little maneuvering. The foot part is big but I'm keeping them. |

| Uggs are Amazing. I don't know why I've waited so long to buy them but since it just got chilly in New York I knew it was worth spending the mount I did on these Uggs They are so comfortable and they keep me warm. I bought a size 3. I am usually 2.5 and I am an adult. They fit amazing so if your usually in between size I suggest going up a size rather than down. |

| We bought the patchwork Uggs for our daughter for Christmas & she loves them. They keep her feet warm & dry & the patchwork pattern adds a little flare. Although our daughter has very narrow feet & these boots are a little big & bulky, she has had no complaints regarding size or fit. Overall, a great purchase! |

| The best boots ever! This is the third pair of I UGGS I have bought and they are amazing. I wear an 8 in womens and bought a size 6 youth, they fit perfectly and they are cheaper than buying the womens. Great quality shoe and fast shipping. Ordered on Sunday, received on Wednesday. |
