| OUTSTANDING SERVICE & MERCHANDISE - I actually bought 5 pairs of Ugg slippers for Christmas gifts. ALL different styles. Each of the men were elated. Having lived in Australia in the early 80's we are quite familiar with Ugg-long before they had a logo on all of their merchandise. I have a pair of Ugg boots that I've owned for 30 plus years and I still wear them; in snow, sleet, rain - you name it. Cannot comment for the recipients, but there is NOTHING like UGG. Zappos - you are the greatest. I've ordered from you many times and returned one item because of size and you have been the best in customer service. Be assured, I have and I will continue to refer you to family and friends. |

| Lovely - These shoes are a little tighter than I anticipated, but they fit perfectly. Maybe I should have gotten one more 1/2 size up. However, one must keep in mind that every pair of Uggs are differently due to manufacturing methods, so it's best to buy them in the store, where you can try on multiple pairs of the same size if needed to find the pair that fits you best. Having had a pair of these before, I also know that the wool inside will not feel so snug after a month or two of wear. So, I'm happy with them. |

| I love my Tasman Uggs - I have worn my Ugg slippers each and every day since receiving them; they are all I wear around the house. They are warm, soft and incredibly comfortable. I have a lot of stone and hard wood around my house so my Uggs keep my feet nice and cozy. When these wear out I will immediately buy another pair!! I am a women's size 6 and ordered a kids size 5 -- it fits perfectly! I highly recommend these slippers to everyone! |

| Warm and cozy - Now that I've the right size, I absolutely love these clogs. I bought them to leave at work and wear there in the winter instead of the boots I wear in transit -- and I now constantly wish that I had a second pair to wear at home. Note: I ordered a pair first in the size of my other Ugg boots, but had to return them and get the next size up in order to get a good fit. |

| Great shoe - fantastic shipping - Super comfy. I bought them for my daughter but I have stolen them from her a couple of times. Keeps feet toasty when it’s cold but still very comfortable as the day warms up. If you get them in a light color be sure to get the UGGs protection and spray them. If you wear a half size, go down to the next full size. They run a smidge big and will conform to your feet. |

| I ordered two pairs of the UGG tasman's at Christmas for my husband and our son. At first I ordered the 10's and they felt they were too small so I exchanged them for 11's which they promptly told me were too big. Needless to say, I put in for an exchange for the 10's again. The whole process was painless!!!!! As soon as they come in the door their shoes are off and these are on. They both LOVE THEM!!!! |

| These slippers were slightly tight at first, but they quickly loosened up to what I think is an accurate size. They are very comfortable. I'm usually not a fan of clogs with 'fur' linings, since they usually seem to come out piece by piece, but these are holding their form very nicely. They are well made, and the soles allow you to go out for the paper without changing your shoes. I'd rate these as an excellent buy. |

| Don't hesitate to pull the trigger! Uggs have gotten so popular you almost don't want to like them...but fortunately Uggs have earned their praise. I gave these as a Christmas gift and just about every time my friend wears them he calls me to say how great they are. Perfect as slippers, but the sole allows you to go outside (to get mail, drive a kid to a friends, etc.) These are great-- well worth the money! |

| Love the Uggs! I ordered two pairs of the Ugg Tasman slippers, a pair for me & the other for my husband. We both love them & wear them at home all the time. I actually wear mine out & about; but my husband only wears them in the house. I love Uggs & Zappos is the best place to get my shoes! |
