I bought a pair of Umi Kids Action in Denim/Jeans for my 4 year old son, who had been begging for a pair of blue shoes he could put on and take off himself. The velcro is the reason I chose this shoe over the Riley. From the moment he tried them on, he wants them on from the moment he is dressed in the morning until he goes to bed at night. According to him, they are "Very, very comfortable, plus they make me jump higher!" So far the wearability has been great, despite the constant wear and this color goes well with just about anything. He's even been wearing them with shorts (leaving his Teva sandals, which he also loves, by the door.) They're very cute shoes, they're definitely well made, and we'll certainly be buying more Umi shoes. | |

These shoes are great, easy on, easy off and very comfortable. They seem a little heavier than most kids shoes probably because of all the rubber in the toe. In spite of that, my 4 year old loves them. | |
