The Valor Fitness® BF-38 FID Olympic bench is versatile enough for beginners and serious weight lifters alike. The dual-padded foam seat offers comfortable support, and Flat, Incline and Decline positions allow you to adjust to any exercise in your workout plan. Bar hooks add extra safety while changing weight plates. The BF-38 is compatible with the leg lift attachment and preacher curl bench pad with bar holder (sold separately).
