Designed by the Vans skate team, the Chukka Low blends the classic skate style of the Authentic with the timeless style of the chukka boot.
Each season, Vans will introduce a different rider's personal colorway to help showcase the creativity and personality of the team.
Team tested for increased performance.
Less is more design approach for long lasting quality.
Modern slip shape for a timeless look and style.
Drop-in PU midsole giving it unique aesthetics and story.
Original waffle sole for improved board control with increased cushioning.
Q4.00 oz.
Product measurements were taken using size 7.5. Please note that measurements may vary by size.
The Vans skate team pooled all of their creativity to collectively design the Men's Chukka Low Skate Shoe. That's why it's such a simple design. The less-is-more concept applied to these classic kicks means long-lasting quality due to lack of excessive frills and unnecessary extras. A waffle sole improves board feel and adds cushioning to your landings and long skate sessions, while their light weight makes you feel like you're skating barefoot (which we don't recommend).

Marty McFly was so confused when Doc freaked out about the 1.21 Jigawatts needed to create a time machine. He just didn't understand. So naturally Doc was equally confused when Marty freaked out about his first pair of Chukka Low's. But then again, Doc doesn't skate.
Vans Chukka Low Shoes: The Chukka Low was designed by the Vans skate team. The inspiration was based on shoes like the Authentic and the Chukka Boot, using Syndicate features and technology. Every season Vans mixes it up with different riders to showcase the creativity and diversity of the team. The shoe was born to be a classic and spotlights the timeless style of Vans.

| Ordered this jacket in size small (I wear a size 2 or small in most other clothes) and, unfortunately, the sleeves were WAY too long. I am 5'6" with long arms and used to having the opposite problem! Unfortunately, Zappos is sold out of XS or else I would exchange it! Still, it is a GREAT jacket! Very high quality with lots of pockets, even a pocket big enough for goggles. Very warm but not at all bulky. Wish it fit me! Oh, well! Zappos is GREAT and I feel that I really have nothing to lose with the free shipping and free return shipping! | |

| I'll never shop anywhere else again - I have been shopping on line for many years for my teen age son. I have gone through the horrors of waiting four months for things that are advertised as in stock to only get confirmation emails that confirmed that was not a true statement or getting two items of the same size and manufacturer to only find you paid full price for seconds that were irregular and didn't fit. Zappos was a very pleasant, fast and gave above expectations when completing my order. I was very pleased and satisfied. | |

| These shoes are gorgeous. The heel is a little high for me, but it is wider than some, so it lends a little stability. I wouldn't normally purchase a shoe this high, but it was love at first sight. All things considered, it is pretty comfortable. I wouldn't want to do a lot of walking in it, but it if fine for work. I gave it 3 stars for comfort because of the height and how that pushes my toes into the shoe. But they were way too pretty to give up. | |

Great sneakers, super comfy. I usually wear a 11.5/12 but i got these in a 10.5 because I found them to run a little big. I got them in seafoam and theyre great I love them especially for only 50 bucks. I don't skate in them, but if I did I can tell theyd get ripped up pretty quickly, the vulcanized sides are detaching from the bottoms in the back a little bit already and i've had them for only a couple weeks.

Pre Glue ! | |

I have been skating for well too long. Anyway the best way to make vans last longer than your third week is to pre glue all of the seems. So where your board is going to hit the seems put a dab of super glue on there. Not enough to throw your board out of wack but enough to hold the seems tight. Also always be sure to put a little extra glue where the rubber meets the leather.

| Chukka Lows - The Chukka Lows a super amazing shoe. Ive had them for 3 days, and they skate and feel amazing. Probably the best shoe I have ever owned. They are sorta stiff when you get them out of the shoe box, but other than that, perfect shoe. Made purely for skateboarding. And the next day shipping is so rad, Im always going to shop at Zappos now. | |

I have a few questions. | |

I really like these shoes and most of my friends wear vans. The only pear that i've ever had was the striped slip-ons and i never skated in those anyways so i'd like to know about how long they last on the board? I also wear size 10 in dvs and i've heard that vans tend to run big so should i get a size 9.5 or 10?

| I have purchased several pairs of shoes for my son and I have to say that I was very pleased with the prompt shipping and ordering process. He was very pleased with the Van Chukka\'s. I would recommend Zappos to anyone looking for quality merchandise and service. I was referred to Zappos by a friend and I am glad I took her advice. Keep up the great work! | |

| The chima ferg. chukka lows- tan - I thought this shoe is pretty snazzy . It's real thick and comfy. It's perfect for skating. My name's Josh Im 15 years old and I skate everyday it's not raining or my shoes aren't falling apart. I got these on November 10 and they still look fresh. So over all it's a thumbs up in my case!!!!! | |

| Vans Chukka Low's - These shoe's are awesome for board feel, however they start to shred up very fast. That lining that goes all around specifically closer to the toecap gets destroyed. The sides of the Chima Ferguson colorway are canvas, so it gets pretty scuffed up as well. Overall they start to rip fast but hold up well, at least until your next paycheck. | |

Great if your on a budget, but BEWARE padding is lacking, toe region rips very fast, and spreads rapidly, grip wears out in a matter of days, and such a low profile design my ankles were soooo bruised.
