You want THIS knife! | |
| Rating: | ![]() |
| I LOVE this knife. It is the ONLY swiss army with an IN-Line phillips, not a phillips that T's into the the mid of the knife. Most screws are put in the CORNER of things, so this phillips works in corners. I have used it SO many times...the magnifier to find spinters, scissors to cut stuff hangnails, etc and etc. it is not too small and not too big...the mid size. I keep one in each car, one in my backpack and one in my picnic bag (going green). I used to keep one in my pocket until I had to mail it back to myself at the airport...sigh. I also bought the eyeglass screwdriver that fits up the wine opener since I have glasses and my son has electronic stuff with battery compartments that need to be screwed off. | |

"Real friend." | |

| This is a must have!!! I carry it with me everywhere I go. You can use it for almost anything. I use it every single day of my life and I wouldn't trade it for the world. This is a real must have!!I recommend this to anyone wanting a really good, top quality, very sturdy knife, and with a lifetime gurantee, how can you beat it? The one "useless" implement that I have not been able to fathom a purpose for is the little metal hook. I once heard that the hook is for carrying packages tied with string (like a handle), but I'm a little incredulous still. | |

| This product has everything you could want in a compact package. The fit and finish is fine to say the least. It is rugged and space saving all in one. I keep mine on my Kayak or pack whenever I leave home. It fits everywhere! | |

A great tool kit, but that blade! | |
| Rating: | ![]() |
| I am never without this tool kit. I call it that instead of a knife because that is one place where it falls down. I use the blades because they are there, but they are [*]They dull easily. I can put a razor edge on, and it's pretty much gone after the first cut. After that it's medium dull which isn't such a bad thing since they also neglected to make it a locking blade and I've had it close on my hand a couple of times. A razor sharp blade would've meant a nasty cut.Every other tool is great. From the toothpick to the magnifying glass, a day doesn't go by when I use this at work or home, and on the trail, it's everything I need. Too bad about the blade. If they ever come out with one with a sharp locking blade I'll buy it in a heartbeat. If somebody else does it first, I'll buy that.I recommend it, but with reservation. | |
