Not bad but not great
the cool feature keeps cool id say 4 out of 5 but the warming part would get a 2 out of 5. it heats your food up so that its not cold but not warm. its kinda so so .
if your looking to keep things cold just use ice and a cooler.
if warm on the go, hard to say. good if no other option is available.
