Very awkward to use | |

| The adjustable weight is great in theory, but it fails to deliver because of the awkward shape of the powerbell. A traditional kettlebell is rounded and easier on the wrists and forearms. The edge of the powerbell really dug into my forearm. I am going to back to the old-school version. | |
