Great Piece of Machine

Rating:****
Great piece of machine. Came with the most complicated parts already assembled. Only had to put 3 components together - done in about 5-10 minutes after it came out of the box. Comparable to top-of-the-line Total Gyms that would cost $500+ because it already includes pull up bar, foot platform and resistance bungees.
Useful for stretching, toning and strength training promoting strong joints and long, lean muscles.
I'm married with kids and a full-time job so I'm always pressed for time. I'm also one who prefers and have free weights but found that during recovery or brief stints off from working out, it was hard to motivate myself to get back into it strong. Because the TBWs is so easy and addicting to use, it has allowed me to get back into free weights and stay with it - training stronger than ever. I actually use one to supplement the other.
I would definitely recommend this item for:Q) Price R) DurabilityS) StretchingT) ToningU) Strength/Resistance TrainingV) Supplementing different workouts of your choice (be it free-weights/strength training, aerobics, core, balance, agility, speed and explosiveness, etc.)

Excellent

Rating:*****
Been using free weights for 25 years and I can tell you this machine will replace them. I would still have a set of dumbells to do curls and some chest exercises. The ability to do squats and pull-ups pay for itself. Great for shoulders and can increase arm strenth for baseball/football. Arm pullovers also work abs at same time. For the money you cant go wrong

A lot of machine for the money!

Rating:****
I was looking for a piece of equipment that met my needs and was relatively inexpensive. After looking around and comparing, I finally ordered the Bodyworks 5000 and never looked back. I used to be in the US Army and I wanted to maintain that same level of fitness. This machine is worth every penny!

Great Machine wish I had this in H.S.

I've been using this everyday for over a month now. This is a fantastic piece of equipment. For the price you get so much more than you would get with a total Gym. I have used both and there is no difference except the total gym is 3 times more money.

A good buy for the money

Rating:****
A good machine for the money. Gives you a good workout. Makes more noise and not as smooth as total gym, but about 1/3 the cost. Also, you can't undo cables when working your legs.
