Positive Reviews:

Very Satisfied

The other reviewer obviously did not know how to correctly install and secure their bike. The rubber straps are more than adequate for securing any bike. For bikes without a horizontal cross-bar, you DO need to purchase an extra adapter that clamps on to the seat post and the stem (~$20). But, for the money, it is very solid, reliable and easy to use. My only (minor) complaint is that I did not get the easy-release lever (which is available) so it is difficult to release down with only one hand free to gain access to your hatch back on your SUV. I had to set down whatever I was carrying all the time to use two hands to unclip the pin.

Negative Reviews:

don't waste your money

Rating:*
almost lost a brand new bike on the interstate due to this one! The rubber straps that hold the bike down are only kept in place by plastic tabs!!!!! Also says it fits most bikes, most mens bikes maybe but not womens bikes because of lack of the top tube. Instead of my wife's, Diamondback Wildwood, hanging from the rack like it should, I had to rest it on the rack on the down tubes. The bike almost flipped off of the rack because this makes it too top heavy, I lost a strap and nearly the bike. I'm returning this one. Also it says it fits a 2" receiver, but thats with the adapter supplied, and it still rocked back and forth about six inches to each side, that is way to much wiggle.

Poor quality

Rating:*
Very poor quality. The arms bent on the second use with bikes much lighter than the rated capacity. There is also a lot of sway on the hitch when mounted even with their locking nut. [...]. The rack is not worth it at any price.
