"A brand is only as good as the people who back it. Brackets - great, Yakima - just okay" | |

| Worked great, no problems installing it. I have had the older style Yakima rack system for years now and worked great till i got into Kayaking. The Round racks have a habit of rotating no matter how tight you make everything. They rotate at the brackets and at the saddles and rollers. If you already use the Yakima system and you don't want to reinvest on everything these brackets work great. If I had to do it all over again I'd look into Thule, for sure. I know Yakima came out with an oval type system, which makes me believe that they are well aware of the problem. I wish they would do something for the loyal customers that have been there for them for years. | |
