22 Designs Vice Telemark Binding: The Vice is the newest binding from 22. Incorporating features of the Bombproof Axl, but designed as a resort skiing binding, the Vice provides three pivot positions to dial in to your skiing style and the snow you're on. We've improved on the solid active design of the HammerHead by changing the geometry to come up with the best-skiing binding on the market. If you like the HammerHead, you'll love the Vice.
Drawing on the successful designs of both the Axl and Hammerhead bindings, the 22 designs Vice Telemark Binding is built to stand up to resort-crushing abuse. The solid stainless steel toe-piece mounts directly to the ski while durable chrome die springs provide over two inches of powerful travel. This burly, no-nonsense binding has been freed of unnecessary flare for hard-charging riders looking to put in some mileage at the resort.

Had these bindings mounted boot center on k2 Hardsides; suddenly I'm a better skier than ever. Tele turns are locked in and alpine turns are improving exponentially. Beefy bindings like these are great for fatter skis. Much more control than my G3 Targa Ascents. Bonus: Vice bindings are easy to get in and out of! Love these bindings!
New ramp angle keeps rocker launch to zero. While it technically has less pivot points than the hammerhead, you still have a wide range of active positions to choose from. Built off of the platform of the popular Axl only with out the tour mode and at a much cheaper price. Awesome resort binding!
Moved to these from a pair of bombshells. I found skiing parallel on these much easier, and there's enough more action on these to initiate tele turns too. I'm a light guy, 130#, and I ski on the most active setting. So I can't speak for 200# + ex-NFL running backs... :-)
