Bill Lewis Rat-L-Trap Bleeding Traps And Craws Reviews:

Having ran Millwood Lake Guide Service in sw Arkansas over 22 years, this is one bait that simply puts fish in the boat. When young kids and dads show up at the ramp, not having a lot of fishing experience and just wanting to "catch something", this is the first bait I introduce them to. We have lost count of the thousands of big Florida Bass our clients have caught and released here over the last few years. Our lake can change conditions in a heart beat with high wind and thunderstorms. This is one bait you can consistently rely on to put fish on the end of your client's line. When the lake muddys up like chocolate milk, we tie on the 3/4 oz Red Shad, Toledo Gold, or the new Zombie Shad patterns. In clear water we downsize to 1/2 oz size Millwood Magic color, aka, Silverado, and reel fast for vicous strikes. Dont leave the boat ramp without a plano box full of these in 2-3 sizes and 3-4 shad patterns for varying water conditions.

awesome lure

I heard good things about this lure so i thought id give it a shot. Im glad i did. I use senkos a lot but the past 2 times i went fishing they werent producing so i threw on the ratltrap, not expecting much from it. First cast pulled out a largemouth. Caught a few more and my 6 year old caught a big pickeral on one. We had guys coming up asking what we were using because we were the only ones catching anything. Bottom line, these things catch fish.

Can be used for almost any fish

The Rattletrap is simply the best all-around lure for almost any type of fishing from jigging through the ice for pike, casting for bass, or trolling for walleye. Even perch will go nuts and come swimming around when they hear that distinctive rattle.

Caught many fish

Rat-L-Trap has good quality hooks and is a favorite. I have caught several pike and walleye on this already this spring and have a feeling it will only get better as water warms up!
