Remington Nitro Turkey Turkey Loads -
Toms don't care what you paid for shells, and after an introduction to Nitro loads they won't care about anything. A great value with magnum grade hard lead shot that is buffered to pattern like copper, without the cost. Patterns over 80% with super full choke, for tremendous knockdown power at an affordable price. The 12-gauge, 3" shells deliver a 1-7/8 oz. payload of No. 4 shot at 1,210 feet-per-second. 10 rounds per box.

Test it out - can't beat for the price

To all you review writers, try to share a few details when you write. You really need to go out pattern your guns before hunting and writing a review. For the price of these shells you have no excuses. I have tried these in both my 870 and 1100 in 3" and found them to have the best consistant pattern verses other non hevy shots I have tried. I have three chokes and they work better than other shells in all three.Keep your range to 40 yards and you'll b fine. if you hunted with bow the hunt wouldn't of started until the bird was that close. I have take birds at 52-53 steps in a field and they went nowhere. My guess is the misses aren't the sehells fault. Since I started hunting with a scope you can really pattern much more precisisely. good luck.

Remington® Nitro Turkey® Turkey Loads

I patterned the 3" #4 Loads among 3 other brands of the same size out to 35 yards and these Nitro Turkey shells were the best. All of the pellets into an 8" circle at 35 yards. Everything else couldn't keep the pellets in a 12" circle. I was using a Stoeger m3500 with the factory turkey choke.

Average

I always shot this out of my 870 20guage and shot many turkey and none got away although my longest shot was about 18 yards and the 5 or 6 others were at about 5 to 12. I like to get them close. But I gave 3 stars because I finally got a new 1187 super mag and these don't pattern well past 35 yards its plenty for me at a low cost but with must hunters wanting ranges out to 50 yards I would not recommend these Evan in the 3.5 in rounds of all sizes.
