The Men's Baggies Longs from Patagonia are Patagonia's classic water-lovin' shorts with longer legs for full coverage. Longer for more coverage but with the same casual fit and intense love of the water: Baggies Longs come in water-shedding nylon just heavy enough to prevent see-through. With a polyester mesh lining, self-draining pockets, one rear snap pocket and a 9" inseam (size M).
Hit the rapids, or just go for a swim in the Patagonia Men's Baggies Longs. Patagonia gave the Baggies shorts a mesh liner so you can use them as a swimsuit and a nine-inch inseam so they'll fit in when you hang around town. An elasticized waist with a drawstring gives the Baggies Longs an easy, comfortable fit. The rear pocket snaps shut so you don't lose your lip gunk, and Patagonia made the hand pockets with drainage ports.

"Multifacited, Durable & Comfortable!"
| Rating: | ![]() |
| These shorts are awesome!!! They function well as a swimsuit, hiking shorts and lounge shorts. While I was expecting them to be kind of stiff but they're not. They are very comfortable. They dry fast too! While I think 45 is a lot to pay for a men's swimsuit I feel these are well worth the price. I wore them on a recent hike that involved some scrambling and grinite sliding these held up amazingly well. | |

"If I had more pairs, I'd wear them everyday..."
| Rating: | ![]() |
| These are your ultimate, do everything shorts. I've worn them hiking, swimming, bumming it around the house, and on my daily trail runs. The baggies always get the job done and then some. The nylon is fast drying and thick enough that you don't feel too "exposed" when getting out of the water. I'm 5'9'' and these shorts fall level with my knee. Definitely worth it... | |

"The classic Baggies for a younger generation."
| Rating: | ![]() |
| These are the classic baggies that people rave about but for younger crowd...or at least a crowd with longer legs. They fall right above the knee and are super comfortable. They aren't as stiff as I expected. The pockets are great, nice and deep so stuff doesn't fall out. Rafting, swimming, hiking, bouldering...whatever Baggies are perfect. | |

every day | |

I love these shorts and wear them just about every day all summer long. Great for hiking or working in the yard, and also double as a sweet swim short to take along for road trips. way more durable than I expected a short like this to be. stoked

"First pair of baggies, but not my last."
| Rating: | ![]() |
| Fit isn't too tight. Front pockets are plenty deep. Length is just right. Nylon is perfect thickness... not too thin and not too thick way better than polyester too. | |

Good Short | |

I purchased these shorts to wear four days straight in Moab, UT this fall. The perfect all around short, once you cut out the liner.
