Great hat... The flex fit is classic fit, and needs a little break in; the flexfit might feel tight for us large headed folk... but once it breaks in, its great... Yeah, the forehead is stiff and the brim is flat when you get it, but just bend it to the shape you want... thats what its for! Its a little warm for super hot days, but definitely a nice baseball cap... It does say Arc'teryx stitched on the back as well...

Great fit

The height of the hat is shallow compared to many hats I've owned. Most are much taller on the head than necessary. The fit molds to your head. The backing on the front of the hat gives the hat good shape and doesn't distort with time. None of those weird lumps in the seams. I wear this hat all the time.

Don't believe the (bad) hype!

This hat is awesome. I'm ordering my 3rd as we speak. It's not boxy, it's low pro and fits my average sized head like a glove. A head glove that is. My only real beef with the hat is the price, but to be honest, I'd have to say that it's worth it.

Instant street credit.

This burly flex fit hat from Arc'teryx looks great, fits well, and gives you Karma to Burn. The embroidery is top notch and the hat breaks in very well. I suggest using it for a full summer of outdoor activities and it will break in perfectly. Excellent piece.

Good lid

Nice fit overall - a bit too snug at first, but it breaks in pretty quick. The crown doesn't sit too high in front - nice!

Negative Reviews:

Nice hat but too small

This is a really nice hat, but unlike the other Flexfit hat Arc makes this one comes in a "One size fits most" instead of S/M and L/XL. I typically wear a 7 1/2 fitted hat and this hat fit around my head alright but just looked small on my head. I have several Flexfit hats and the L/XL always fits perfet. For the price they charge why can't they give you the choice of either S/M or L/XL rather than just the one size which is really just a true "medium" size hat that doesn't fit right if you normally wear a L/XL Flexfit.

Nice hat but too small for regular heads

THis is a nice hat with a good embroidery, but it's a ONE SIZE FITS MOST hat which runs too small. I have several Flex-Fit hats and they usually come in S/M or L/XL and the later size always fits me perfect. For the price Arc is charging for these hats they should have spent a few more cents and given the customer a choice rather than the OSFA size they offer which is really just a MEDIUM size flex hat.

Not a bad hat...

but I like the not-so-boxy top, you know, form fitting hat. Not that I expected this one to be as it's clearly not from the pic, just didn't expect to look a little funny with it on. My self preserving ego says it's the hat... so I returned the hat.

Not my favorite hat...

I have had hats that I absolutely loved and this isn't one of them. I really just wanted this hat because I think Arcteryx has a really cool logo, whatever, don't judge me. I just feel like it doesn't fit quite right and I also don't think it is the best construction. This sucks because it was pretty expensive for a hat.

I ordered the coffee colored hat which looks the color of coffee bean in the image above but its actually a much darker brown. Also Its not my style of hat. This hat has a 'rapper' flare to it, flat brim and stiff forehead where the logo goes. I prefer soft forehead so it fits my head instead of being stiff.

Not one size fits all

My wife bought this stylish hat for me. She knows that I shop for and enjoy quality products. I already own several Arcteryx products. Unfortunately, the one size fits all.... doesn't. This hat is too tight and pinches after several minutes of wear. Profile of the hat is slightly too tall. I prefer an adjustable hat with a lower profile.

Got this for my BF, he loves it! I have to say it looks good on him too but it does show the sweat stains nicely... I tried everything I could think of on the washing side, no luck... I think it just comes with the type of hat material... oh well... its an outside one now...

Nice low profile with a flatter bill...but one size does not fit all. If you wear a 7 3/8 or 71/2 you may want to look for another
