Very reliable.

A must have for hunting in the mountains. I recommend this unit over the touch screens because it has buttons that work with your gloves on. It works well in heavy timber and steep canyons. I recommend purchasing the terrain sd cards for the area you want to use it in. It will show the location of trails and small, creeks. I really like the tracks feature. It is spot on when you are trying to find your way around in the dark.

Garmin 62SC

I bought this GPS a year and a half ago and have used it extensively since then. i really like how easy it is to use, i.e. marking a waypoint, scrolling thru the menu. i also like the fact it comes with rechargeable batteries. Overall great product that works well for me.
