Good Knife

The blade opens easily with a flick of the thumb (not quite as smooth as my Benchmade, but close), the blade is sharp, and locking mechanism solid. Unlocking the blade is a little different than other folders I've used, but it is safer. You have to make an effort to press the release, making it almost impossible for it to close by mistake during use. Overall, a solid knife at a good price.

Pleasantly surprised, love it

I bought this in 2012 with an REI dividend and am very happy with it. Its part of my Every-Day-Carry (EDC). I was initially hesitant to get a Gerber brand knife but so far it was has been very solid and reliable. Would definitely recommend. It doesn't just feel good in the hand, but it looks nice too.

Bad Knife

I got this knife because it was a Gerber and it was on sale. Mistake. The knife doesn't open easily at all, and when you do get it open it doesn't lock most of the time. It's actually pretty dangerous. I'm returning this one and getting a Kershaw.
