Adidas Terrex Solo Shoes Reviews:

Positive Reviews:

I had similar problem with the heel as another reviewer. I usually wear an 11 in Adidas but I had to size down to a 10.5 (what i wear in most other brands). Adidas tends to be a bit narrow but that doesn't seem to be an issue with these. These felt very sturdy and durable and the foam tongue was a nice touch. However the heel was very irritating. With thick socks this isn't much of a problem however without them and movement of the heel feels very scratchy and I couldn't wear them for any extended period of time. With zappos return policy I definitely recommend trying them and seeing if the heel fits you because I really wanted to like this shoes however I just could not. I really love my GTX hiking boot by Adidas because of its fit so I had high hopes for this shoe as well. In fairness their hiking boots have a strap to tighten up the heel, so if they could incorporate that somehow into a future version of this shoe, sold!

If you don't like these shoes and you'd rather have one of the other crummy shoes on the market. I pity either your strange feet or your judgment. I walk at least 5 miles every day. Some days 15. I work all day in these shoes, I climb ladders, I climb scaffolding. Basically....I punish footwear. I travel the country and experience different climates and I've never had these shoes let me down. I've tried about 5 brands of footwear and these are far and away the best things I've worn on my feet. If these don't fit you well....Then no Adidas shoe will fit you well and you simply desire a different style of fit. Otherwise. You won't be unhappy and your feet won't get wet or sore. One complaint. Different colors please Adidas! Something lighter in color maybe? Everything is black black black.

have not owned a pair of Adidas shoes in 10 years and I can say I'm impressed. this shoe is very clean smooth looking sneaker. It does not have all the ugly colors and groves like some of these other ruff terrain shoes up here. The width and size was perfect. I'm thinking about getting another pair if the had other colors other than blue and red. I own the black color.

This has got to be one of the best sneakers Adidas ever made. it is very stylish and fits to comfort with out all the bulky look and extra addings. I don't do extreme stuff in them just where I work is a lot of walking in rocks. I do recommend if you just want something simple and narrow outdoor comfort.

Negative Reviews:

These felt very narrow in the forefoot. While they're basically true to size in terms of length, my toes had no room whatsoever, and the hard rubber cladding around the the outside of the front of the shoe means there's little chance that the fabric might "give" a little to alleviate the pressure. In my normal size (11.5) there was already a little lift at the heel when walking, so sizing up to gain more room at the toes is not really an option. Sending them back.
