This backpack was for a grandson who picked it out. It was a duplicate of the one he had for years. So obviously he likes it. I can only comment to how great Zappos is with fast delivery. I've never had a problem with them in the past. As to the product itself, it must be good or my grandson would not have asked for the exact one again.
This is a good, solid backpack. There is lots of room in main compartment. The side pockets are fairly small. I like shoe compartment at bottom and the laptop sleeve. It holds everything!
I like the separate shoes compartment. The side pocket are perfect for running socks. Also like being able to hang my headsets on the board straps. I get compliments.
Zero complaints. Burton makes quality products so you get what you pay for. We were expecting a red backpack, but it was surprisingly more of an orange red.
Love the mutil pocket function, I can fit all my school supplies in this bag no problem!
