Although I absolutely loved the style of this slipper, I basically had to dump them after only 2 weeks. It seems the material they used to form the heel upper began to break down, leaving hard lumps inside. (Definitely NOT a soft, flexible slipper!) Zappos was great about standing behind their products, though. They issued a complete refund & I ended up buying a wonderful, soft slipper by Acorn.

I ordered these slippers one half size larger than my usual 7 1/2 M after reading the reviews. They were still too small and also a bit too narrow. I liked the blue/black color, which is why I originally ordered them. But they must go back because not only was the sizing wrong, but they were too heavy for slippers.
This shoe seemed a little cheaply constructed but it is pretty comfortable and was a good price (I got it on sale) so I decided to keep it. Cute style and fun colors.
This slipper was not a 9W, more like a 7 Narrow. I couldn't even get my foot in it to try and walk. Loved the color though. Back it goes.
This slipper was very attractive but a Wide width is only a D and should be an E. Have to return and try again.
