I just received mine today and first impression is, it fits short. Covers half my ears pulled down tight. Also color is not as pictured. I ordered the metro and the outside is white and inside is what the stock photo looks like. These are not reversible either because of stitching, tags, and no logo on inside. So not sure what happened with their colors. I read on IB site this is same for black, black inside and dark gray outside. It is soft and not itchy. Still not as thick as what I wanted for around town use with limited exertion.

I agree with hegaveitall. I was really dissappointed to find that this only covers half my ears.
Based off the image, I was hoping it would cover my ears all the way to keep me warm, but it wasn't close. I'll be returning this one.
