The Merrell Shiver Waterproof Moc 2 for Men in Dark Earth is a great after sport moc for those wanting immediate gratification and warmth after a big day. With serious traction to get you to the car through slush and snow, its fleece-lined, full grain leather upper is waterproof to keep tired feet dry and warm for spontaneous snowy tailgaters. Cushioned supportive midsole.
The woodpile, the beer store, and the Oriental take-out place all require a short walk in the frickin' freezing weather, so it's good to have the slip-on Merrell Shiver Moc 2 Waterproof Shoe waiting by the door. Its waterproof breathable membrane, leather upper, fleece lining, and grippy Vibram outsole all ensure comfortable, secure steps even when a stroll down the sidewalk seems dicey.
Treat your feet to rugged after-sport comfort with these Merrell Shiver Moc 2 waterproof shoes, which offer waterproof protection and warm fleece linings for all-winter wear.

I've worn these for over a month now. My feet are a bit wide, but not so much that I need wide sizes, which are usually too sloppy.
These Merrells were really snug when I first got them but, being leather, I expected them to stretch. I just hoped they would stretch a little more than they have; they are still pretty snug. They are the most comfortable when worn with thinner socks.
Of course, if you're just wearing them around the house or office, then thin socks are fine. Don't expect to comfortably wear thicker socks with them.
They appear to be made really well, which is what I expected from Merrell. I'm not disappointed there. They feel solid and stable underneath me.
The 'Dark Earth' is definitely darker than appears in the image above. While that's not a big deal for me, it could be a surprise for some wearers.
The treads are fantastic for traction. Slipping is not such a problem with these on, but walking on a tile floor after being out in the weather sounds like a platoon of soldiers, which can be a bit annoying.
They are waterproof and fleece lined for warmth, and I've noticed that my feet want to sweat a bit more than usual with these on. It's not terrible, and the Aegis treatment keeps them from smelling like a locker room.
Overall, a pretty good winter shoe. 4 out of 5 stars.
