Awesome!
I spent a lot of time researching a one man backpacking tent and settled on this one for the following reasons.
1. Lightweight. At only 2 Lbs 13 Ounces I would have been a fool to pass this up.
2. Size. I originally wanted to buy a less expensive tent because I couldn't justify spending this much money on a one man backpacking tent. I am fairly tall, 6'2". In all of the reviews I read tall people who are 6' and up were all complaining at the length of a lot of the tents that I looked at. They said they were cramped and there feet and head were pressed up against both ends of tent. This tent is not the case. I had a few inches of space that allowed me to adjust my bed forward or backwards and never worry about feeling to cramped. Plus the extra tall ceiling that seemed to be lacking in most one man tents was a nice plus. The vestibule is large enough to store your backpack and your boots.
It didn't rain on my maiden voyage so my tent's first time action was very minimal.
I just have one little problem that maybe doesn't seem so little to others. The tent only has one pole that connects to both the tent and the fly. There is a little pole perpendicular to the length of the pole that sits right in the middle. This attaches to the grommets and gives you the raised ceiling. The middle of the fly also attaches to that same perpendicular section of the pole. The ends put a little too much pressure on the fly. It doesn't seem to have a good thick spot for the ends to press against. The biggest problem I for see is the fabric on my fly becoming to stressed to the breaking point. The reason I say its small is because you could probably get a thick piece of fabric and put it at the ends the fly to eliminate the stress on the fabric.
All in all I would definitely recommend this tent to anybody. I'm pretty proud of my little tent! The 4 stars is because of that one little problem.

The perfect tent for me!
I bought this tent in February of this year (2012)
I did the obligatory campout in my back yard. I picked a day I knew it was going to rain...and it STORMED. I stayed dry and warm (44 degrees in March) the whole night.
My next outing was a week long 400 mile bike trip. It rained the first two days. I had plenty of room in the tent for me (5'7" - 180lbs) and plenty of vestibule room for my four panniers and handle bar bag.
Setting up was a breeze, even in the rain.
Next trip was an over night backpacking jaunt. My friend had a hammock tent. When we reached the base camp, I had my tent up, air mattress filled, bed made, gear stowed and was building the camp fire by the time he had found a spot and got his hammock up.
I have sense been on three other bike trips, all 2-3 day outings. The tent has been GREAT, it's easy and fast to set up and take down. It is comfortable and dry. It packs down small and light.
I can see where I might want to get a 2-3 person tent at some point, if I start staying in one camp for more than a two days - the extra room for extended stays would be nice. But so far I have never stayed in the same spot more than one night.
A smaller tent is also best for those times I have to pull off the road (on my bike) and camp when there are no "camp sites" within riding distances for the day.

Met all my needs.
I use this tent when doing overnight hikes…typically in the Smokies. The first time I used it I was on a week long hike. I have timed myself setting up this tent. It takes no more than 30 seconds to set up (Not counting putting bedding and things inside). Furthermore, it packs light and tight leaving plenty of room in my pack. Its compact size is also nice because it gives you more site options. I have been able to put it closer to creeks than other people in my groups which is relaxing and keeps me cooler in the summer. If I had to have a complaint, I would say I wish it had two sided entry. I say this because when nature calls in the middle of the night, it is difficult to exit because my gear is in the small vestibule. Even then…that is a small issue and a forced complaint. I am going to be buying the Hubba Hubba for my wife and I. I recommend this tent! (Get the footprint too.)

Love This Tent
I use a hammock in the summer and decided to try the Hubba for colder weather. I really wanted a free-standing tent so this one fit the bill. I looked at several tents and bivy's before picking this one.
I have only used it for one weekend so far, but it was great - i definitely didn't miss the extra space of a two person tent!
We picked a very busy weekend and the designated tent areas were full so I was really glad to have a free-standing smaller tent. It reduced my pack weight alot from the Clip Flashlight I was using before this (in cold weather). One night the temps dropped into the high 20's and I ended up draping my poncho over the door opening to increase the warmth (it worked) since this is a 3-season tent. Other than that, the weather was perfect so I didn't get to test the rain or wind. I'm short - 5'2" - and found the tent roomy enough to keep everything inside.
First Look
This is a first look. I set it up yesterday. Whats immediately apparent is; It's very light, its roomy (I'm 6 feet and there's plenty of room), Its easy to set up, the hub set on the poles is great, the vestibule is ample, the zippers are super smooth.
There are no gear pockets inside and no provisions for a gear loft. There are grommets, tabs, barfifs and weasel pins attached at random places inside the tent. Perhaps there is a point to them but I couldnt figure it out.
I bought this tent to replace a bivy sack, too small and a two person tent, too large. It fits perfectly.
Absolutly amazing!
I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a durable lightweight hassle free set up tent for whatever adventure you may be on. I took it to a Moto GP race to camp out at the track with and it provided me with three relaxing nights of dryness and comfort without any hassel during set up , rain, shine, or take down. Very compact and lightweight makes for easy carry. I look forward to using it more this summrr!!
Hubba Tent works well for me
Used this tent on an 8 day backpacking trip in Sierra Nevadas. Heavy dews got it wet but the 2 walled design kept me dry. It dried out quickly and I stayed dry in rain storms. It was roomy and comfortable. I would recommend it. It is a little heavier than single walled tents, but still light at 3 lbs, and more comfortable than the single walled tents I have tried.
Just right for one person
I spent the night in my MSR 1 person Hubba tent during a raging thunderstorm. With the winds up to 30 mph and rain pouring down as hard as it possibly could rain. I stayed warm and dry inside my Hubba. It had enough height so I could sit up and the vestibule kept my pack and boots dry. I recommend it.

Efficient and Easy
The first setup (practice) took only 6 minutes! Used it the first time and set up in the dark. It was quick and easy. Roomy enough but 0ne-half of vestibule is a little small for equipment, not much of which can go into tent with you. Closing both sides of vestibule would work fine but might minimize air flow into tent.
Met my expectations
I used this tent on a 5 day hike on the AT in Maine. We had 2 nights of rain and I was dry and comfortable inside. It was really easy and quick to set up.It was a little cramped inside but I knew that I was giving up some comfort for less weight and I was OK with that.
