Sanuk Vagabond -

"I love my feet, and I'm assuming my feet love me otherwise they wouldn't stick around. So after hiking long miles with a 40 pound pack, I like to treat them to a relaxing evening encased in Sanuk Vagabond "shoes" (they're not shoes, they're sandals). Super light, comfortable and airy, a pair of Vagabonds make me feel like I'm wearing nothing at all, yet I'm still protected from sticks and stones and the accidental brush with poison ivy. Plus, let's not ignore the obvious fact that they make my feet look awesome, and you know they love that."

The Sanuk Men's Vagabond Shoe is the original sidewalk surfer, and still carries the highest standards for which all Sanuk shoes are modeled after. To provide incredible comfort, the Vagabond is made with a super soft, high-rebound, molded EVA footbed with an AEGIS Antimicrobial additive to help keep odors away from your feet and your shoes smelling fresh. The Happy U Outsole also gives an extra element of support and durability. The upper is handmade with textile canvas and features a Fraid Edge detail for simple style with a textile liner to give the material added strength. Sanuk is extremely earth and animal-friendly, so all sidewalk surfers are completely vegan and vegetarian. Don't you like the idea of shoes with values? With the original and timeless Sanuk Men's Vagabond Shoes, you are guaranteed a quality product that you will keep you coming back for more.

Sanuk Vagabond Reviews:

Positive Reviews:

Wow, these sho.. I mean sandals are super comfortable, wear them heel up or down. Sanuks are great as a slipper for around the house, or when camping, and they are heaven for your feet after they have been in climbing shoes for a hour. Mine do seem to get a bit of stink when I wear them barefoot, but antibacterial shoe spray gets rid of the smell easy. The comfort of these sandals easily negates this negative. I usually wear a size 7.5, I bought the 8's and they fit really well bare foot, but with socks on and the heel up they are a little tight. They are still new though, so hopefully they will stretch a little.

I haven't had these for very long but I love them already! I knew a ton of people who wore them and I kept getting told I need to get some, they are the best, etc. I can't believe I waited this long! super stoked about these things. Just heads up they do run a little small, I normally wear a size 8 and I had to bump up to a size 9. They fit perfect! All I can say is that I can see many days to come being spent in these things.

I am so glad that I finally purchased a pair of these. They are very comfortable, and even getting more so with wear. They look very cool too, and I get a lot of compliments on them. They are lightweight, and easy to throw on (without socks). These might not be the most appropriate wear for the workplace especially since they are intended to be worn without socks, but any opportunity to wear these, they are now my go to shoes.

So these may be the most comfortable shoes I have had EVER! I think that everyone should own at least one pair. Great travel or around the house shoe. I have had them get a little stanky but unlike other shoes they are super easy to wash. Just throw them in the laundry machine on cool and let them air dry. I think I just may have to get a pair for everyone of my family members.

These shoe-sandals are so vital to my wardrobe and my lifestyle that I wish I could buy lots of 'em. They are so comfortable and they look great. Zappos.com had the best price by far than anyone else, shipping was free and it was fast! I've had these Sanuks before, so I know that a size larger than most shoes fits me best, so although I usually wear a nine, I bought a ten.

We have been waiting for my husband's size to come in for a couple of months and it was definitely worth it. He wears these pretty much everyday(and everywhere). They fit true to size and are super comfortable. He gets compliments all of the time. Easy to clean as well, which is always a plus.

Brittany Lefler at Backcountry.com on 07/25/2012

These shoes are awesome. They put all the focus into the sole and that makes them very comfortable. The frayed seams are ok for a causal look, reminds me of our 60's - 70's hippie days. Barefoot though they make your feet sweat a little, but make fantastic indoor slippers worn with socks.

Tom at Backcountry.com on 02/15/2012

was back and forth over buying these for months, finally got em 2 months ago...love them. simple as that, comfy, maybe size up a 1/2 size but i haven't experienced shrinking, slide em on and go. designed to fray at the seams, but it doesn't get outta control. wear em every. damn. day.

JMINPNW at Backcountry.com on 02/03/2011

I love these. I wear them to work, at basecamp, for short walks, and anything not requiring sure footing. This is my second pair, had to replace them after the sole was wearing through after a few years of heavy use. Definitely worth the money!

Negative Reviews:

I've had my Sanuks for about a month and they seem to be shrinking. I'm not too thrilled about the fact that shoes that fit great out of the box now don't seem to have room for my toes anymore. They were really comfortable, but now I'm not sure if I should try stretching them out or be the guy who returns 1 month old & worn shoes to BC. Reviews were mixed about buying true to size, up, or down, so I went with true. If you're buying, I guess I'd say by up a size. I wear 11.5 in every other shoe I own, so I got 12s and now I wish I'd gone with 13s.

So comfy!

Neutral Reviews:

I wear a size 10.5, went up to an 11. they seem a little tight on the top of my foot but hopefully they will stretch out once i wear them for a while.
