I ordered a pair of shoes for my son for Christmas. Got them on time but they were too big. My fault for ordering them too big. I called to return them and the lady was wonderful. She ordered him another pair immediately and sent me a "return shipping label" for the pair that were too big. Great customer service! I will definitely order from Zappos again!
Great shoes! My son has a wide foot, so we have to shop online to find the right size. He's also in that "too big for Stride Rite, too small for men's shoes" size range. So grateful for Zappos! These shoes arrived very quickly and fit perfectly! Sperry quality takes the wear an active boy dishes out and still looks nice.
I bought these for my 12 year-old son and he loves them. They are true to size and look very nice with his school uniform and also dressier clothes. His older sisters told him that the "cool guys" wear them!
