For over 16 years the Vans Hi-Standard has been the choice of pros; maybe it’s time for you to get a piece of the action. This boot delivers top performance and keeps it real with its classic style. New for this year is the ClassicLite outsole. This sole is made of a special rubber compound that is durable and provides superior traction. The wide reverse waffle tread pattern sheds snow and provides grip.
The Hi-Standard features an instep lace lock, which holds your foot in place for comfortable performance support. The V2 footbed features V-Tech high-rebound EVA foundation and dual-density metatarsal and heel impact relief pads for comfort and performance support. This boot features Vans Trifit-X Liner with a dual-density, heat moldable core for a customized fit and an asymmetrical X-Cage to lock your heel down. For added comfort, this liner is designed with a low-volume sole and a Comfort Flex Toe Box. The Hi-Standard has a flex rating of three, on a scale of one to ten. This is a comparatively soft, flexible boot.
