These shoes are a good, cost effective option for minimalist toddler shoes. The toe box is nice and wide, and the flexibility is pretty good. The heel is a little thick for my liking, but it's not rigid. They are easy to get on and off, which is a plus with toddlers. It's a good option if you can't/don't want to spend a lot of money on your toddler's minimal shoes.
I am pleased with these Crocs that I bought for my 7 year old granddaughter; I returned another style that was a bit too wide for her narrower foot. These hold up well, too...she literally wore the others off her foot after over a year of almost daily use. Zappos has a great return policy and a better-than-local-store price and selection. My 4 year old loves these. In fact, I'm having a hard time getting her to wear any other sandals. These seem to be a lot more comfortable than the knock offs we bought last year. Well worth the slight bump in price.
